Positives:
Objective accomplished - privilege of seeing/speaking to a GP without the battle of waiting for an appointment with my GP or nurse. Waiting time for a nurse is three weeks and often, no pre-booking with a GP. One can get a Tele con if lucky and you can get a same day appointment but you must request it same day. This is difficult for those of us who work full time.

The app is intuitive and simple to use. The box asking about patient needs could do with an upgrade of how many characters one can enter. 200 is not enough.

The cons: This was my first consultation and this review relates only to this consultation.

The GP I spoke to was borderline rude from the outset. Rather than ask appropriate questions, take a brief history - this gentleman used dialogue of a condescending nature and indicative of inferring I was insincere with regard to the information I provided to him. This attitude themed throughout the brief consultation.

I would not use this service again.

Lovely Dr listened and was helpful gave good advice appeared very knowledgeable and promptly provided a prescription. A great service will definitely use again.

I accessed my appointment on Sunday. I was able to get an appointment the same afternoon that I signed up. Don’t worry if the doctor is a couple of minutes late, they will get there. The doctor I saw was extremely knowledgeable. I felt that he really listened to me and took the time really try and understand my symptoms. He prescribed medication which I was able to get from Boots within 30 minutes of the call. This was definitely worth the money.

Able to pick appointment time that suited me, open longer than regular Doctors.
Appointment within 2 hrs.
Allow enough time to fully complete registration.

Amazing 5 star++ service, fast simple process to register and book an appointment the same day. GP was superb and prescription was sorted immediately. I have no hesitation in recommending you. Absolutely what you need when unwell. Thank you!

This is a great service no problem booking got an appointment 2 hours after being in touch. However I did think it was a face to face with it being a severe cough, disorientated etc I was told it was a viral chest infection ì was very ill all night and managed an emergency gp appointment the following morning to find infact I have a bacterial lung infection that needed antibiotics. So if you have anything like this then please wait to see your GP your chest has to be listened to properly. One thing I was grateful for was the anti sickness he prescribed they really helped take the edge off. I would use again the staff here were lovely

Been a long time since speaking to a doctor and they listened.
Instead of the "One problem with One Appointment Only," like at our local GP.
I actually got treated to numerous things that came from one route, just after explaining all my symptoms.
Prescription was emailed to me immediately after appointment.
