The service provided little information and offered no clarification.
I learned about "dronline" through an MRI scan. The building inspection provided more information and they asked me to schedule an online consultation. I had the consultation and they charged me £30 incorrectly. It was unfair because it was already included in the exam fee. Nobody clarified anything for me, nobody informed me of anything. They sent me vague answers. And when I inquired about the refund resolution, there was silence. I am completely dissatisfied with the way I received service.

Poor insights
The doctor heard my symptoms and then just said to drink water. I didn’t need a doctor for that genius insight. I needed an antiviral and steroid especially with a 4 month old infant in the same room.

Fast, efficient and free of obstacles
Had a consultation within half an hour of starting the website with Dr Danielle. I was very pleased with the whole process, efficient and fair pricing. My consultation was professional, thorough and friendly. Within an hour I had a diagnosis and a prescription and within two hours I'd started a course of treatment. This is a scam service
This is a scam service. They charge money without initial warnings and then they say they cannot provide service anyone outside of UK. Having it hidden somewhere in terms and conditions is not acceptable. They took my money and did not provide any service. Please be aware that they are fraudulent.

Easy to get appointment. Excellent representative / doctor available on 40 minutes notice. Thorough but efficient questioning of my medical situation. Wrote a prescription for an antibiotic that I was able to pick up at the pharmacy 30 minutes later. Improvement has been substantial over the past three days!
