My dr surgery said 6 weeks wait before they can even offer me an appointment!
Let alone write a referral letter which also took 6 weeks last time!

Appalling
They asked for a review even though I complained... so here goes... Appalling. The business was not sending my notes to my NHS GP medical records for more than three years. My GP didn't understand what I was talking about when I talked about my dr anywhere sessions. Dr anywhere said the was an issue they couldn't resolve and therefore it was now my responsibility to send them after any consultation to my gp. I have spent five months waiting for their final response to my complaint and they now just ignore me. Honestly if you or an employer wants to use this company its probably an idea to avoid

Good interaction to start.
All really easy to book an appointment. This was on a Sunday. Couldn't get facetime but that didn't matter as there was nothing to see. My app was for a very bad back , which happened on holiday and is recurring. I explained everything to the GP and said I only had a few strong painkillers left. Therefore he said the pharmacist would ring within 2 hours, so i could pick some up. Unfortunately no phone call. Phoned my GP up the following morning but he had not prescribed anything. So I had to make another appointment with my GP for a prescription. On line is good, but hesitant if I would ring again on a weekend.
