I had an appointment with doctor Ukenna Mkpadi today to request a repeat prescription. The consultation ran on time, the doctor prescribed the medication, after checking that I'm taking the right dosage and how many times per day I should take it. Seamless service
I was away from home and needed healthcare in a hurry. Booked an appointment with doctor and had the consultation within 45 minutes. Prescription received before consultation ended and was able to start medicine straightaway. Whole process to start of medication an hour and a half! Wish the NHS was set up like this.

I needed an urgent prescription so i went to DR online, paid the fee, booked the appointment, filled out the questionnaire and then sat on hold for 20 minutes waiting to be let in only to be told the meeting has been cancelled. complete shambles. Great and quick service
The UK GP situation is a joke. Even private appointments in Aberdeen were not available for two or three days. In the local private hospital two weeks waiting.
I was initially doubtful of the Dr Online services, but what a great surprise. My son was suffering from severe allergy and we managed to get an appointment with Dr Shah within an hour. Online video appointment, via the web browser. Dr Shah was very helpful and managed to prescribe the ,educations required to help my son’s allergies.
The prescription arrived by email, we went to Boots and he was readily medicated. By the evening his condition is already improving.
Really recommended and many thanks to Dr Shah.

I mistakenly booked video consultation…
I mistakenly booked video consultation instead of in-person, so I quickly contacted the helpdesk to cancel the booking. Even if it was only 5 min after I made a mistake and I even made in-person booking accordingly, I couldn’t get a refund because of T&C. I admit I made a mistake making wrong click, but I thought it was reasonable to process a refund in this case. I am very disappointed. I will never use this online consultation again.

Fast and effective diagnosis at dr. Online with Dr Rachel Tomlinson
I had a consultation with Dr Rachel Tomlinson.
She was available very quickly after my request which was great. I needed a fast conlultation for something i was worried about and might need a prescription for. She was great at listening to my concerns and diagnosing my most likely issue. She anwsered all my questions I had and got me a prescription for the meds that could help me all within 1 hour from booking the appointment. Would defnitely recommend her as online GP.
