First class service
I can’t fault the whole experience when I needed an appointment quickly. From ease of booking, to having a video face consultation. Dr Mkpadi was lovely, He listened to me, and at no point did I feel rushed. He also took the time to explain why I felt like I did so I understood too, and he emailed my prescription through whilst I was on the call. Thank you for a first class service.

Saved from possible debilitating service failures
After a deeply frustrating experience with the NHS where emergency procedures were not followed and a scan was missed at A&E, the team at Medneo stepped in and provided exceptional care. I needed a prescription urgently, because I lost my pills on Holiday abroud in UK. The „doctor“ just asked my about legal documents to Proove my illness and told my he can not decide. Later I got a mail how to get the medcine, but found it, that I never got a prescription. The issue was I told him and showed him my medicine and the instructions on how to take it. For my asthma inhaler it's 2 puffs twice a day.
He wrote the wrong directions.
As it turns out the inhaler will last me a month.

I filled in the Dr online forms on Tuesday,I received a phone call from Dr Winiger on Wednesday morning and he recommended 2 MRI scans on my hip due to the unbearable pain I was in. I had my scans that afternoon and I was sent to a & e where I was kept in overnight and due to the swift action, scan images, medical report and recommendations from Dr Winiger I am now seeing the Hip surgeon later this month to discuss the procedure for a full hip replacement. I cannot thank Dr Winiger enough for his swift and professional actions in helping me I am in awe of his knowledge and professional and highly recommend him if you need help. Thank you Dr Winiger you truly are amazing.

Great online appointment
It was very easy to book my appointment online. I then received an email with the link to join the online consultation and a questionnaire to fill. I was able to easily dial into the call and the Doctor was very good. I received my prescription code and was able to pick it up from my nearby pharmacy. Great service
