Just a little more information
Booking experience was straight forward and pricing was competitive.
The only reason for not a full 5 stars is just a tiny lack of information on how the car park works, which may have been partly due to us arriving at 3am and to do with lack of signage at the actual car park.
Would be worth mentioning on email or the printed information, that you simply pull into any available space when you get to the car park, make note of your bus stop and if you have pre-paid this is noted via your car registration.
The big signs saying pay on exit barrier threw me a little and the buses saying have you got your little white ticket also didn't help as we didn't have any of that.

I had a good experience only issue was it was a little confusing to find the South parking as the entrance is marked South but did not see Gatwick holiday and post code was generic to the hole of the airport Otherwise happy with everything else

Excellent parking with free airport transfers – highly recommended!
used Gatwick Holiday Parking for a week while I was away on holiday and everything went smoothly. The free transfer to and from the airport was convenient and reliable. My car was parked in a secure location the whole time, which gave me complete peace of mind. The booking process was easy and the service overall was very good. Early arrival
Arriving at 03:00 meant that the car park was almost deserted. The bus stop stated it was closed and this was confusing as the telephone number for help was unavailable. That said, the bus arrived within 15 minutes and transfer was easy.
PS the road sign indicating the entrance is easy to miss and another earlier sign would have been helpful

Service poor …
The booking information was not available to the staff at the north terminal long stay car park. We arrived approximately 3 am ,3/9/26 were told to go to another car park , then sent back to the original car park and told to take a ticket. Very Stressed! arrived back 14hr , 13/9/26, and told to pay £358! I spoke to the controller on the intercom , she couldn’t find the booking … said she’d check the data base. Nothing said … gate opened , have we been charged ? What a poor service . Very stressful . Would like a response.

Once I found the car park to drop off…
Once I found the car park to drop off it it was an easy transaction, however it is not well sign posted until you get through the airport and I had to stop at the drop off area to review the directions which cost me £10.00 also on collection of my car the lady on the desk was quite abrupt in her manner and the communication wasn’t clear.
