I booked my car from the 7th till 15th of September. As far as I know the 15th goes on untill midnight which was when I was supposed to collect my car, the plane was half an hour late.When I collected my car I was made to pay another £15,I paid cash and no receipt was given. It was the first time I used holiday park

Our aim is for customers to benefit from our competitively priced car park options which can be pre-booked online, allowing those who pre-book parking with us to save money and avoid paying any higher costs at our car parks. If a customer stays later than the time pre booked then an overstay fee may apply. I am disappointed to hear no receipt was provided.

Great experience, 5 stars.
It was so quick and easy I didn't have to stress about what to do or where to go especially as we needed to be there at 4am, further to the booking confirmation email I also received a follow up email a day or so before parking which reconfirmed the details and directions to the site.

Very close to the south terminal.
We parked once, then had to move as we had parked in the staff area. The signage for this was inadequate and if we hadnt of seen a sign whilst at one of the bus stops, then we would have been fined apparently! The building work meant that there weren't many free spaces at the front of the car park which didn't help either.
Apart from that, the number plate recognition system worked well and we were very close to the terminal. The buses ran very frequently too.

Regular shuttle bus to and from the terminals.

Our first time and we'd definitely use again!
Our first time and we'd definitely use again. Easy to find (instructions on the email are a little confusing as says She'll garage when it's a BP) but marked throughout. Quick to be seen (3 people on desks) and clear instructions on what to do. 5 min wait for the bus and 7 mins journey. Basically the same on the return (tad longer wait for the bus, maybe 10 mins). No one waiting when arrived, one man on the desk who located the keys straight away. Great systems, efficiency and speed. No complaints at all!

Reading plates number is great. No need extra documents. Still, when I came, being the first time, dark and rain, was difficult to find the road, last left, between buildings. Maybe that take left, the last, might be highlighted better.

Just a little more information
Booking experience was straight forward and pricing was competitive.
The only reason for not a full 5 stars is just a tiny lack of information on how the car park works, which may have been partly due to us arriving at 3am and to do with lack of signage at the actual car park.
Would be worth mentioning on email or the printed information, that you simply pull into any available space when you get to the car park, make note of your bus stop and if you have pre-paid this is noted via your car registration.
The big signs saying pay on exit barrier threw me a little and the buses saying have you got your little white ticket also didn't help as we didn't have any of that.
