They Don't value their customers. Customer service is very poor. Their connection is poor. I held the line for more than 30 minutes twice and again for 20 minutes no one to answer the call

Would put zero stars for Axxess

Would put zero stars if i could. Be wary, they cahrge you for service and dont deliver. Have had constant issues with fibre lines dropping and no internet. Only to told there is no problem. Sentbpictures and videos of proof and still get told there is no problem. Openserve replaced ONT and still same problem. The technician says it may be the fibre cables but axxess say there is no problems. STAY AWAY AND DONT WASTE MONEY WITH AXXESS

Axxess have literally taken food off…

Axxess have literally taken food off our table by refusing to assist us with getting our emails up and running after shutting down our website. We are 2 women pensioners who rely on our emails for our small business.
We have contacted them for 6 day in a row now without any assistance from anybody at Axxess.

Shocking service

Shocking service. Spent R2000-00 on a Grandstream phone. Over a month and no one can assist in setting this up. Have to explain the entire problem everytime we call. Lost business and have elderley relative overseas that we cannot get hold of. Excuse after excuse. Absolute joke.

Stay Away From Axxess

Only 6 months in with this service provider and I have had 2 months of issues with internet connectivity and was asked to pay my full monthly subscriptions.

I have had 30 tickets in 6 months, that must be a new record.

Friendly but useless customer support, have to explain the entire problem, everytime I call in.

Try another service provider.

Too little too late.

Axxess customer services steadfastly refused a pitiful gesture of goodwill for disgraceful service but ironically did not hesitate in automatically offering me a 25% 2 month rent discount when I cancelled. Too late! The damage was done!

Useless ISP

I recently signed up for their uncapped mobile data contract through MTN, only to be told 2 months later that they will not be honoring their side of the contract. Now throttled to 256kb/sec after 50gig. You can't even download a whatsapp message at this speed. Tried to complain. Service agents are useless, lie and are plain rude. You cannot speak to a manager at this company. You apparently have to go up the 100 steps. This bully tactic is to make you give up and trust me it works. After the 3rd step I had enough. Their so-called "Feedback" e-mail address does not repond to client complaints at all.
But how can this be? What type of a business is this? I have a small contracting business so I understand that if I committed to certain terms I simply cannot change it without the client's consent or at the very least reducing the contract price. If I had to do what they do, I'll be bankrupt within a month and they should not be allowed to conduct business like this.
Shame on Axxess. Don't support

Pathetic experience

Pathetic experience - Just trying to push their own version of what happened, been with them for years, decided to get a new line with them, nothing but issues, incorrect billing, speed issues, went through their complaints process, to be told they can give me less than R10 as compensation, absolutely disgusting

What a terrible service ...

What a terrible service .... I should have checked the reviews first before signing up wit Axxess... after 2 weeks of fiber installation I still cannot connect , basically I paid for nothing ..... month to month contract but when I want to cancel there is cancellation fee of R999 ?

Totally unacceptable experience

Totally unacceptable experience.

Paid partial payment for month after new installation and Openserve had to repair damaged wiring before we could use the service. NO REFUND

I told them keep my money as a charity payment – probably they need it more than KZN flood relief victims
This is NOT about the money being such a small amount. Principle !!! Charged for something that was not working or able to use
We had just moved into our new premises and still had access to our LTE internet hence we did not act quicker to problem. Had too many other issues to complete after relocation

Such a great pity we start a relationship in this manner

Axxess Terrible service

AXXESS staff ... yoh ne oppas julle

Their staff are unwilling to help and arrogant.
I have a month to month contract with them and when I requested to have my service moved to a different property I was quick thrown with T's and C's and the service has to be cancelled with a months notice and I must then apply for a new service.
I never requested a cancellation so you can take your T's and C's, internal policies and threats and send them to eachother, you will not scare nor bully me ...
To be clear, I am moving, I never asked for the service to be cancelled ... its your system that can't do that not mine, so YOU cancelled it through a terrible system, not me.
Companies fall not because of bad products but because of staff ... it takes time but it happens

Bad customer service

When you call it's impossible to speak to anyone that can help. They have support, but support cant help with everything. You need to get put through to the lines department, which is extremely difficult to get someone to answer the phone. I've been trying for the last 4 days without any success. :( :(

Axxess Incompetent & arrogant service

Axxess voip service is almost non-existent, out of 5 people you call only 1 can go through, rest of numbers voicecall will say they dont exist, when connected the line will never be clear. Internet hosting has invalid SSL, which makes your emails insecure & website insecure slow etc. They dont comply with ICASA policies while their staff & management very arrogant & money hungry they will charge you for service that do not exist, when you query take forever to resolve the query while they bill you in advance, we learned hard way that some cheap things will cost you.

Great customer service and product deals!

I have been with Axxess for ever a 1.5 years, I have used there fixed LTE, VoIP and there fiber option. I can say i am very happy with there service and technical support team. Every time i have had a question/enquiry i have been helped and/or had things explained to me in a professional manner.

Useless

I have had no less than 12 calls to numerous agents all with different stories in less than a month after my incident where the router was stolen.
I'm simply TRYING TO GET A STOLEN ROUTER ACCOUNT CANCELLED AND them to STOP BILLING ME FOR IT AND REFUND ME FOR ALL THE UNNECESSARY BILLING I AN ASKING FOR A MONTH NOW !!!!!! IM GOING IN CIRCLES HERE

Then I ordered another router, its not working, call support again FOR THE 13TH TIME IN 3 WEEKS - I SPENT 10 MINS ON PHONE HOLDING ONLY, ASK HER TO CALL ME BACK SHE SAYS FINE - NOTHING. NOW I HAVE NO WIFI. TWO ACCOUNTS IM PAYING inexplicably double FOR and nothing to show for it.

I AM OUT OF PATIENCE.

Axxess resell LTE and Fibre well

Axxess resell LTE and Fibre well, but don't expect any functional hosting packages and services. Also, their ticket system doesn't look at your issues and relies on a set of customer service macros that almost always ignore the problem one is querying, leading to issues being either delayed or unresolved. Also, if you're in South Africa, avoid their Wordpress hosting and rather go for international options such as Siteground, HostArmada, or Cloudways. Their services are littered with glitches, missing scripts, removed Cpanel functions, and to top it off - their Wordpress hosting actually doesn't support anything beyond 5.3.

They are basically thieves!

They took my money and have not delivered any internet and if you call the horrific ‘technical’ support they will tell you to do sub-standard things to reboot your router and sim, none of these methods work and now I’m without internet going on 2 weeks.

I’ve had to order another internet package from a different service provider for work purposes and they have the nerve to tell me that they will not give me a refund even though I am not receiving the service I paid for.

Axxess Internet is a rip-off!

Axxess are internet service providers with sub-standard customer service and support and a product which does not work. Axxess are really happy to take your money but think nothing of leaving you with no access to internet.

Their support team can't solve the relentless problems, and then they fob you off with false promises to call back.

And when you finally are fed up with their lack of service and cancel, they then have the nerve to tell you that you need to give a month's notice on a service which they are not even providing!

Steer clear of this lot.
