Axxess service is good until you need…
Axxess service is good until you need to speak to their customer services, I got robbed and called them to request a sim swap, they sent me a new SIM card and the SIM card still does not work after 5 days of receiving it. When I call them all their advisors give different information some say they entered the wrong serial number of the SIM card and others are saying there is an issue with sim swaps. On the other side my SIM card is being used because I still receive emails from them for data usage which means the sim swap has not been done and whoever found my phone is using my data and I still don’t have a SIM card. Their customer services advisor place you on hold for 20 minutes just for asking a simple question.
Terrible
Terrible service but most of all the connection was terrible. Faults all the time, up to 3 times a week with a 72 hours waiting time with no internet. They cancelled my connection 4 days in advance. I missed the second half of the rugby finals because of their nonsense. I do not recommend them at all. Bad accross the board. An actual waste of money.

During September 2023 I was searching for an internet service provider. Google advised axxess. After reading the many bad reviews from, I suppose now ex-customers, I decided to refrain from even contacting axxess. Word-of-mouth has proven to be the best information any consumer can get! Thank you to those consumers for speaking up.

Customer Service Lacking
Sigh. This company can't resolve a recurring issue where my router can't connect my laptop to the net. It's an issue that they've been able to resolve before. To say that it causes a great degree of professional discomfort is an understatement. Tech support seems to have been down skilled. Maybe it's better to give them a skip.
Don't bother with Axxess. They don't care
If there were no stars to give I would. Terrible service. Added another address omto my account which I've had for years, it's been 5 days, still no activation. No cares given. No communication, just say they'll escalate. Spent 2 hours on the phone resetting my router, only to find out next day Vuma has not even activated the line. Seriously costing me business, loss of income and no cares given. Pathetic
Worst support service
Worst support service. Made a mistake to uprde from 500Mbps to 1000Mbps and that is were the poo started. Disconnect my line while trading - cannot fix and when the fixed; speed was way lower than the 1000Mbps.

If I could give this 0 stars I would! It’s been an absolute FREAKSHOW. I cannot believe they call themselves a company! I applied for fibre at the end of April 2023. Within 3 days I got confirmation that they would come install my router (since there was already a line). They came that Friday and started installation, until they said the fibre line was too long and that I should wait for maintenance (they left all wires open in my garden in the rain). Maintenance NEVER SHOWED UP. Called them multiple times that day, the next day, the next Monday and Tuesday. They showed up Wednesday evening and again was so rude it was unbelievable. Then the next problem (that took a week to resolve) cane up. Our router was not registered. Had to send them images and struggle for another few days. This brings us to yesterday (17 May) and they said it’s active, yet I have no internet connection. Now they are demanding payments within 24 hours or my line will be suspended and my account will be cancelled. What am I supposed to pay for? I have been yelled at, sworn at and disrespected this while journey AND I STILL HAVE NO INTERNET.

The most unreliable service provider I've had. Constantly issues. They never seem want to help with the issues. Haven't had internet for over a week. They claim no responsibility for their lack of service and refuse to refund you.
From ok to worse than telkom
They were good back in 2017/2019 but this year has been absolutely terrible. They are like the new telkom and vumatel. Terrible service and only a handful of staff are good but unfortunately they are working in a terrible environment
Axxess lies to customers and refuses to help
Axxess has the WORST support team ever, I have been literally begging for help from them and hundreds of emails and calls later they still refuse to help me.
I have been having an intermittent connection for almost a month now and they keep asking me for more and more proof of my issue and the more I send the more they ask.
At this point it feels like they are stalling and that I have sent screenshots of where my packet loss gets to 45% and they still say they need more proof.
DONT put yourself in this situation ,they wont help you and its the WOST Isp support I have ever seen and experienced!
They even lied to me and told me on a call my issue has been logged and 2 days later when I asked for an update another agent told me no they never reported the issue and that I still have to send more proof.
I still have not been helped as of today. Dont go for Axxess!

I have not had internet connection for the past 2 weeks and they don’t not take any initiative to try and sort my connection and they refuse for early cancellation. Worst service to ever deal with. They technical department lacks the know how.
Do not use these service providers if you want service
These are the worst service providers I have used. Have been struggling with intermittent fibre connection for more than 2 weeks. Have had up to 20% packet loss on the network and everyday a different support "technician" will ask me to run a command to determine the problem - often the same thing just worded differently. There is clearly a fibre problem yet they haven't done anything
CONNECTED BUT NO INTERNET PROBLEM SOLVED
I struggled for nearly a month with my internet ploblem, after many unsuccessful attempts to get help from axxess, I began to loose hope and last week I tried again and the last lady that received my call, impressively managed to solve the issue in less than 30min after everyone else before could not for almost a month. I am happy with and my problem has been resolved. I wish axxess can reward her for such an excellent and efficient service.
