I have spoken to Ibrahim this afternoon and discussed the renewal of my broadband contract.
He was very friendly, polite and the most helpfull and made the offer I could not refuse. So I will be their customer for another 2 years.

Jon was v knowledgeable and helpful
Contacted 4th Utility when the internet stopped working in my my father-in-law's flat. Spoke to Jon, who was incredibly patient while we went through various diagnostics and sent photos of the set-up. Thanks to his help, we eventually found a damaged ethernet cable which we can now replace. It makes the world of difference to be able to speak to a human about this kind of issue and not have to jump through hoops with robots first. Jon was so helpful and knowledgeable, I would give him ten stars out of five if I could.
Edit: my positive feedback still stands but KNOCK IT OFF with the AI-written replies.

Great service from Luke WELLINGS at 4th Utility
Just signed onto 4thUtility broadband deal for 150Mbs supply to my new property.
The operator that helped me was LUKE WELLINGS and he was excellent in explains things and booking a speedy installation of the router.
I would highly recommend this company.

I have called you three times to request the email with instructions on how to return the equipment. I terminated my service on 12 September and was told that I would receive the return instructions within three days. It has now been over 2weeks,and I still have not received anything.
