I had a problem with my router and an idiotic engineer and the person I spoke to on the phone was amazing, he listened and agreed that the router was placed in a incorrect place. Let's hope I don't get charged for it to move or unfortunately I'll be taking it to court. But as I said amazing customer service! I would speak with this man again and trust my issues would be resolved. Ian I think his name was.

Truly the worst WiFi provider
Truly the worst WiFi provider. We have had issues since day 1 and the customer service team are incredibly unhelpful. WiFi does not work, they can’t fix it and their technical support team just blame you. They then make cancelling a nightmare yet they provide a service which does not work. I can not advise people enough, if you value your life and don’t want to spend every evening and weekend on the phone to them, do not use them.

Renewal of contract
I have spoken to Ibrahim this afternoon and discussed the renewal of my broadband contract.
He was very friendly, polite and the most helpfull and made the offer I could not refuse. So I will be their customer for another 2 years.
In general, I am very pleased with the services 4th Utility provide and the customer service is absolutely outstanding. Thank you very much.
