Absolutely horrible to get in touch…
Absolutely horrible to get in touch with issues especially if you have severe anxiety to make phone calls whatsapp is only to deal with new customer deals they want off you but any issues or if there's a local power outage and u have no internet there is literally no other option to communicate il be glad when my contract ends in 2 weeks time as will be changing to another broadband that actually has better ways of communicating
