Smooth Switch to Fibrely
Having just switched from my old Broadband Provider to Fibrely using the USwitch service, I am very happy to confirm that the move went perfectly. Lloyd from Fibrely was helpful via the WebChat when I advised that I already had my own Router and he also clarified the billing of the Introductory Offer too.

Lorie answered the phone after four rings. Thought it was going to be longer but it was brilliant. Straight to the point. Answered my question. Very helpful. Highly recommended
Still don't have internet
We were first scheduled to have our Fibrely connection 18th March. Since then we have been let down by consistently poor communication from Fibrely and still do not have internet.
We understand that the delay is due to openreach infrastructure in the street however at no point has Fibrely provided updates and generally has provided false information. I have had to repeatedly contact them after each subsequent failed 'connection date' they've given, to ask what is going on. Each time I've been given an excuse and a new date.
The final installation was meant to go ahead today and once again openreach have not turned up. When I called Fibrely they said they have now been updated that openreach are coming tomorrow. They did not seem to see any issue with not relaying this information to us. This is not the first time we have been told just to wait another day and it will be sorted. At this point I have no faith I will get connected tomorrow and will likely need to contact them again to be told another excuse and new installation date.
We have tried to cancel and this was also impossible as we were outside the cooling off period due to all of the original delays.
I know they will post their generic negative review comment on here asking for more information so they can look into this for me, however I have already laid a formal complaint which they have not responded to. Based on my numerous communications with them, they are well aware of what the issue is and yet are failing to resolve it.
Our router was delivered on time, but as I still am not connected to the internet I can't say anything else positive about this company.
Lloyd deserve a promotion!
Lloyd was excellent to guide me to install the router I just received from the company. He was so patient and allow me to avoid to give up when things didn't work. He was with me for more than 1 hour and 20 minutes. The first time the call was interrupted and he called me back.

Called to claim my bonus voucher and received great assistance from Jane. Did not have yo wait long and also my query got solved quickly and efficiently.
Great customer service
Had an issue with my router not connecting to the internet, spoke with Lloyd from technical support, who talked me through how to fix the issue.
Would greatly recommend Fiberly.

Had couple of issues on with Broadband
Had couple of issues on with understanding my first bill the second was Broadband speed, Spoke to Lloyd who was a great help fixed the issue in about 10min checking my system and fixing the issue, Was a bit worried when i first started as i have read reviews about them taking ages to resolve stuff.
I am been pleasantly reasured by both agent i spoke to about my issues how friendly and helpfull they were, Would recommend this Broadband service to anyone that is looking for a better deal
My router suddenly stopped working
My router suddenly stopped working. I phoned Fibrely and they ran through some solutions which didn't work but they were able to organise an engineer the next morning. I had to phone Fibrely again to reset something. I got through to Lloyd within a minute. He was very helpful and was able to connect me back to my WiFi within a few minutes with simple instructions. Great service

I’ve had a consistently great…
I’ve had a consistently great experience with Fibrely over the past 18 months, which is why I’m happy to renew my contract. Their customer service is outstanding, a 10/10. A special thank you to Lowrie, who was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the renewal process. She made everything smooth and easy to understand.
My only disappointment was not being able to retain my current public IP address when renewing the contract, as the new contract comes with a different static public IP address.
