I enjoy having my internet back
I enjoy having my internet back, after 2-3 months, so mostly all good. Some days a little hiccup with service, but only for about 5 to 10 before it comes back to normal, so it's OK.

It does just what you want it to do.
I've had the toob equipment for several months; I've not had a need to contact toob with any technical or account issues. The equipment just keeps working, the internet speed is higher than my previous internet provider and meets my needs.
When something just works and doesn't make whatever you are trying to do more complex than it needs to be; then what more could you ask of the product?

Great broadband service experience…
Great broadband service experience backed up with exceptional customer service quality. The onboarding process was faultless from calling up to enquire about the service to receiving the router kit and going live as per agreed schedule. The transition from my old ISP was seemless, without needing to change anything in my home setup. To date, the internet service is delivering to my expectations. However, there is always room for improvement, and my recommendation is for toob to up their game on encouraging IPv6 uptake and provide their customers with the necessary settings to adopt dual IPv4 & IPv6 stacks using 3rd party routers.

Toob - Very Reliable & Good Value Broadband
Toob has proved to be reliable and very good value for money. 900Mb/sec upload and download speeds have remained constant throughout the duration of our contract and we are very pleased with it. My only criticism is that when asked by websites if they can use my current location, it doesn't come up with my home but instead comes up with Toob's headquarters.
