Scam! Avoid at all costs, exactly the same experience as everyone else. I ordered what I was lead to believe was a box set of 5 physical paperback books and filled out my shipping info etc, only to realise after a week of the books not being shipped that they’re never coming! Not once did the product say it’s an ebook and now they won’t give me a refund. This is the company information and I encourage everyone to report to trading standards to get this website shut down!! These people are complete scammers. The listing leta you think they are selling a paper copy, whilst they sell the pdf copy. Careful with them!

I also wish I had read the other TrustPilot reviews before making my purchase with these cheating people. They also asked for my ‘delivery address’ when I made the purchase, knowing full well they were selling me a digital copy of the book.
Nowhere on the website does it say you are buying an Ebook.
When I emailed them to complain and ask for a refund, they responded with:-
We’re sorry to hear that you’d like to return your purchase.
However, since this is a digital product, returns and refunds are not possible. All sales are final!

I ordered from this company last week,yesterday I contacted them asking when will my order arrive ?they said my down loads had been sent to which I responded "I didn't order down loads " I ordered what you offered a box set of 5 books ,after asking for a refund I was told "as it is digital all orders are final " to which I have told them they are using false advertising, which I see as a scam,why did they need my address for delivery if it is digital ,please if you read these reviews give this company the widest berth

Scam! As per other reviewers. Not sure how they sell it as a digital download when it is mentioned NOWHERE! and not mention of no refunds on their returns policy for

When I emailed them to complain and ask for a refund, they responded with; ‘All Sales Are Final!’

Luckily I was able to get a full refund with my credit card company after I opened a dispute.

Save yourself some agro. Do not buy from this website.

I purchased a book that said it would be shipped within a week, when I have not received any updates I emailed them to ask explanation and they told me I purchased a digital product (stated nowhere on the website) and that I had been sent a link for it which I have never received. Do not be deceived like I have, do not buy from this low life scammers.

This company is running a scam. When I made the order for a book it said in stock and ready to ship. After nearly a week I emailed asking why the book hasn't been sent out, it still said the order was being processed. Their reply was that it is a digital download and I had been sent an email to download it. I've never received this email with the download. I was also told I could not get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

SCAM! Website reads like they sell physical books. Nothing arrived so I contacted their “customer care” who told me I had bought an e-book. Nowhere on the website does it say it’s an ebook and the invoice states delivery to address in 5-7 days. They refused to refund me yet won’t give me a copy of the apparent ebook I purchased.

Absolute scam. Misleading information on the website. It turned out they sold me an e-book although details of my address were required for shipping. I am expecting my money back.
Also the contact number they have provided does not ring at all.
