I saw nowhere on the advert about this book being an E book
It stated 50% off,free shipping etc so why would I assume this to be anything other than a real book. I have contacted the company to no avail so now I’m taking it up with my bank. Shocking company needs shutting down 😡

Like all of the reviewers I believed I was buying a physical book. I did not even receive a link for an ebook. I got nothing. I have requested a refund, but I do not hold out much hope.
As someone who uses Trustpilot I could kick myself for not checking out the reviews first.

They do not sell physical books!
Nowhere it states that you are buying only download link be aware !
I wasn't even able to download the ebook to my Kindle what a scam !
And no refunds... absolutely disgusting behaviour 😤

States on the website that they will send you a book. States free delivery. Therefore I purchased expecting a book to be delivered through my door.
They do not do this, they email you a link for the book of which you can not permanently download!
After getting in contact they refused a refund and then finally agreed but I still have not had it.
They are in breach of the consumer rights act and the information on the website is misleading.
There bank account is in Lithuania and they are not based in London as per the website address.

I would write zero stars if I could. Fuming. Same experience as others. Sent an ebook link, gave address etc as was expecting a hard copy. Completely misleading info on website and needs reporting to Trading Standards. I’ve asked for a refund or I will dispute with my bank and report to trading standards. Do not buy from this company they are scammers

I purchased what I thought was hard book copy to be sent a digital download version. Was asked for my address and told it would be free delivery making me believe I was getting the book sent out! If I wanted the ebook version i would have got it much cheeper elsewhere.
Have also been in contact with them to be told they don't do a refund, and have failed to present me with proof of the website saying it's a digital download version! SCAM

As others have said it’s an ebook clearly not as advertised however I did get my money refunded once I threatened them with taking it up with my bank and trading standards and I suggest you do the same. They initially said no refunds. I am considering still going to trading standards and urge others to do the same to stop them operating and cheating more customers.

Like others I thought I'd ordered a physical book only to be sent an ebook which I most definitely did not want. Their website misleads you into believing you're going to receive a book. They then ignore complaints. I'm reporting them to trading standards.

Bought what I thought was a physical book but it was an E book apparently. Nowhere on their site does it mention E books. As it was bought for a poorly friend to read ( who does not have an E reader) I asked for refund. They said no refund. Then I threatened going to Trading Standards and guess what?? Yep I got my refund. Definitely a sham website

I concur with all the previous reviews; it is a misleading website where you think you're buying a physical book instead of an e-book that never arrives as well; Don't bother for chasing them up for refund, they will not give it back. You will only get your money via the credit/debit card you used to purchase the book(s). Hot of the press: The company (TBG ECOM LTD) has filed for volontary strike-off from the UK companies house on the 25th of June, 2025 with a positive decision on the 8th of July 2025.

Purchased what i thought was a hard back cook book only to be told i had purchased an e book, but only after I contacted them to say I had not received a confirmation email and when can I expect my book to be sent out. I was told that the confirmation e mail was sent out and I would need this information to proceed with a refund, no e mail was ever received, Now when I e mail them they just send back the same e mail requesting order number. Total scam. So many people complaining about this Company, they need to be shut down. I will be taking this further

Offers books for sale at what appears to be half price... asks for delivery address (sucking you in)... no format is mentioned, but product is called a 'book'... only when paid and order is complete do you find out that it's an ebook!
When you complain, they flanel you and state all sales are final, no refund despite miss-selling and misleading customers, they are liars and stealing by deception... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL ROB U!

I brought a book and almost 3 weeks later not received it. I contacted them and they advised it is an ebook. I checked the webpage of that specific book... does it state ebook? No it doesn't! I have taken it up with my bank to get a refund. P.S I GOT A REFUND THROUGH MY BANK BY MAKING A CLAIM.

I wish I read these reviews before ordering my book. Same experience as everyone else. Thought I was getting a physical copy of a book and instead I have received an email with a link. No where on the site does it state you will receive a link. Avoid at all costs.

Yep I’ve been scammed by this shower of a company recently. They don’t state ANYWHERE that their ‘books’ are ebooks and they refuse to refund you when you query it because it’s a digital product that you’ve bought. Absolutely disgusting. Trading Standards need to be aware of them

Nowhere in the description does it state its EBOOKS! In fact it informs you how your order will be delivered FREE within 5-9 working days!!
When I queried what happened to my books, I was told its EBOOKS and to download them. I never even clicked on their download link as did not see it and yet they refuse to refund me as 'its a digital purchase'

Wasted £15 I should have checked the reviews. Please I hope I can save someone else the unpleasant experience and loss of money! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Same has happened to many Reddit users - just do a search. Report to trading standards
