This is a SCAM I have not received my book with i ordered 6 weeks ago and I cant talk to anyone

Not bought from this company but when I saw the price was half anybody else’s git to wondering why ?
If something seems to good to be true check it out as I did

Scam company, they don't sell physical books, only pdf. Doesn't say anything about it not being physical in description. You give them delivery and they state how long delivery takes but all a scam. Stay away!

I wish I’d read reviews before ordering. There is absolutely no mention of my order being an ebook until the ordering process goes through. I contacted them and they have refused any refund. Throughout the ordering process it mentions free shipping to my home address - total scam - I will be contacting my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This company is a fraud. They charge for items that do not arrive. They take your payment and address details. Since purchasing from them I have been the victim of a brushing scam. AVOID at all costs.

I wish I had read these reviews before I made a purchase. Agree with other comments that the website really does make it seem like you are buying a physical book and not a download link. The website has loads of images of physical books and promotes free shipping. All very misleading.

Absolute scam! This site should be closed down. I wish I checked the reviews. No mention of E book and mentions free delivery and will be with you in 5-7 working days, suggesting it’s a physical book. Please avoid.

Absolute scam! The website clearly misleads as there is no mention of an ebook - but it does mention free UK delivery in up to 9 days inferring you will be sent a book - they will not refund even though I haven't even been sent an ebook - nothing after more than 3 weeks

Utter scam. Purchased a lovely boxset for my daughter and instead sent a download link to the book transcript. I purchased the boxset in good faith and the purchase process in no way clarified this was an e book. They even asked me for my delivery details.

In their returns policy it looks great that they offer a refund within 30 days but that’s for physical books. Zero mention at all about e books on their returns policy.

This is such a scam. The contact number doesn’t ring and they won’t refund.

The only time you are aware this is an ebook is after you’ve paid.

I wasn’t satisfied with my order, contacted and they refunded as promised and back in bank. May be now worth re-visiting as I was very pleased with their service considering previous bad reviews I’d read.

If I could give this scam website zero stars I would. Completely misled into thinking I was buying physical books. NOWHERE in the product description does it mention anything about this being an 'ebook'. Declined giving me a refund as 'they dont refund digital products', reported to my bank. Hopefully this stops someone else being scammed by this site.

Wish I'd checked the reviews before purchasing but rarely do you consider a book website to be a scam.

Absolutely no where on the website does it say that what you are purchasing in an ebook. It even asks for your shipping address during check out.

They then send you a link to download a pdf of the book.

Having asked for a refund, even though the website says I'm entitled to one, their customer service says no, that 'all sales are final'
