Their site implies the books are actually paper books...they're not! They talk about free UK delivery and 30 day return policy, which is a nonsense. They won't refund even when you explain you don't want an ebook and WON'T download it! Google should remove them. It's totally misleading and a scam. You can get ebooks much cheaper elsewhere.

Same as everyone else, digital download, not actual books. I emailed requesting a refund and they refused as they don't do refunds on digital products. Nowhere on the page did it say it was a download. Then my bank contacted me to say someone had tried to use my debit card and it needed to be cancelled and replaced. Coincidence? Don't think so 😠

Wish I'd have looked at the reviews before falling for it... As everybody else states, everything leads you to believe you're purchasing a physical book; at no point does the website make it clear that it's actually an e-book. They then refuse to refund. Nothing but a scam, avoid.

Same experience as others. They are fraud. They did not send the book or ebook. No where in Their website is mentioned the order as ebook. They are not even responding for emails. Don't buy anything from them

This is a digital download not a paper book at all. Beware of this scam company who do not mention in their advertising that they offer digital downloads only. Downloads of the books I wanted are available free, so why would you pay for them ? It doesn't make sense. Their refund policy states that you are entitled to a refund if the goods are and packaging are intact. Why would you write that or require a postal address and give a delivery date if it's only download. Scam scam scam!!

They are clearly misleading buyers. No mention of Ebook anywhere. Tried to refund items but was told not possible. AVOID

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. They didn’t send me anything, not even a digital download. At first they refused to refund me, but after I pushed and accused them of scamming people they have issued a refund so it’s worth trying.

Same experience as everyone else - ordered a book, received nothing, not even a digital download. I will be reporting to Trading Standards via the Citizens Advice Bureau form. I will also cancel my debit card to be safe.

Same as everyone else. As soon as I read the other reviews about them not telling you that you were buying an ebook, I checked and this was the case for me as well. Absolute robbery.

Scam company DONT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE!! If you do purchase contact your bank as this company sets up a recurring charge to your account!! Ask your bank for a refund and cancel the recurring payments,

Please don't trust this company, they are a scam. I purchased a book from them and contacted their customer service department when it did not arrive. They said that I had purchased a digital copy of the book, which was not clear from the website. The link to the download has never arrived, and they are now ignoring my emails. You can't contact them by phone as the number on the website does not work. I have reported them to my bank.

A scam! As "free delivery" is offered, I assumed I was receiving a hard copy NOT an e-book. I have also just discovered that they have taken an additional payment for this purchase so I have now cancelled my debit card.

Having read here, I contact my credit card and they refunded me immediately. Misleading , when you think you are receiving the book.

We placed an order, paid the money and our book never came.

It is a scam. There is no where on the website to say you will NOT receive a physical book. They give you a link to download your copy. No good if you were buying it as a gift!
Phone number doesn’t work. I emailed and got what I presume is a standard response. I cannot get a refund as they have provided a downloaded copy. Disgusting that they are still operating as lots of people have fallen foul and have complained.

Would give no stars! No confirmation email: no customer service information - think it’s a scam website

After getting a reply saying you purchased a digital book you xan download I said I didn't want that got the same reply twice from Tom I contacted my bank .My bank refunded me then must have contacted the company who then gave a refund this is for anyone else that buys from the company and dosent realise .I did say to the company nowhere on your website does state its a digital copy

This company scams you into buying digital books instead of actual physical books. There is nowhere on their website to say you are buying a digital book and they even ask you to send your delivery address and preferences if you are not in!
Once you have paid, you receive an email with a link to download your book.
Despite several emails to them, they are refusing to refund my money.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want to receive an actual book!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! unfortunately I did not check the reviews before I made a purchase. I believed I was buying a physical 5 book box set, and all they sent was an ebook! NOWHERE on the website does it state they are ebooks and all the while they lure you in with 'free shipping'! An absolute disgrace. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
