Bought a mystery Wowcher and this is the company that book the places.There was hardly any availability for when we wanted to go. Always pressuring you to book and extra night. Then WizzAir change our flights to go 2 days earlier and be there an extra 2 nights which we couldn't do. I found flights at different airport for the same day.. And Weekender Breaks wanted to charge me an extra £80!! When it wasn't my fault. So I didn't pay it. But just awful customer service and always trying to oversell.

Weekender Breaks works with independent suppliers, including airlines and hotels, over whom we unfortunately have no direct control. As explained in our terms and conditions, arrangements are made well in advance, and sometimes changes to flights or accommodations are unavoidable. When this happens, we always aim to notify our customers as soon as possible and offer suitable alternatives.
We completely understand how the extra nights and additional fees due to flight changes could be upsetting. Please know we always try to keep any added costs as low as possible and communicate them clearly before confirming your booking.
We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve how we support our guests in situations like this. We are sorry this experience wasn’t smooth, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.

My advisor Sparsh had great customer service. He helped me make decisions on which destination I can choose and from which airport. Sparsh was patient and allowed me to go and pgone my partner to consult with him, and then phone Sparsh back. Very happy with the help I got from Sparsh.

We booked a holiday with weekender breaks via Groupon this year and at first we thought this was a great company giving us a great deal however that changed quite quickly.
They posted an ad for a Paris and Disneyland Holiday but did not provide the details that they would not provide the Disneyland Tickets even though in their description they talk about the great things to do in Disney and call their deal a Disneyland holiday.
While we were on the phone to the agent we spoke about being excited for Disneyland and not once did he mention that we had to pay for them separately.
When we contacted them about this asking for some form of compensation as we then had to pay out extra to now buy the Disney Tickets the day before we were supposed to be going to Disney they tried to make it out like we were stupid sending us a screenshot of it saying that tickets are optional however that was a new deal that was only released after we booked ours. When we sent them back screenshots of what deal we booked that had nowhere about tickets being optional they still wouldn't try and do anything to help us. They just told us that they don't believe that they are in the wrong.
I would not recommend going through this company at all!

We would like to clearly state that the Paris and Disneyland break was advertised as a hotel and flights package only, with Disneyland park tickets not included unless explicitly stated. While the description may highlight Disneyland as a key attraction of the destination and reference activities available in the area, this does not imply that entrance tickets are included as part of the package. All inclusions and exclusions are clearly outlined in the deal details and terms at the time of purchase.
During your booking call, our agent's role is to confirm the travel arrangements—such as flights, hotel, and dates—based on the deal purchased. Unless Disneyland tickets are part of the package inclusions, they are treated as an optional extra, which can be added at an additional cost if requested. We regret if this was not the expectation, but the absence of tickets being mentioned verbally does not override the written deal conditions, which remain the definitive reference.
Regarding your concern about screenshots, we categorically deny that any misleading or dismissive communication took place. The screenshots shared with you were provided to clarify the standard structure of the deal and the ticket inclusion policy. The product you booked did not include Disneyland tickets, and this position remained consistent. While deals may be refreshed or updated over time on Groupon, the terms applicable to your booking are those that were live at the time of purchase, and these did not include park tickets.
We also understand your frustration at having to purchase Disneyland tickets separately at short notice. However, ticket pricing and availability are managed directly by Disneyland and are entirely outside our control. As such, we are unable to offer compensation for costs incurred for optional extras that were not included in the original deal.
We strongly refute the suggestion that the deal was misleading or that information was intentionally withheld. The holiday was provided exactly as advertised and booked, in line with the confirmed inclusions. While we regret that this did not align with your expectations, we do not believe there has been any error, misrepresentation, or failure to deliver the service as described.
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations. Your comments will be noted, and we remain committed to transparency and clarity in all our communications.
