I have been all over the world with many many different travel companies,I would like to say that viva cruise are by a mile the best travel company I have ever dealt with,I was looking at a cruise and stay holiday for 3 nights at Niagara Falls,the Amtrak train to New York,3 nights in New York,then over night in Miami then a cruise from Miami to Aruba,Bonaire and Curacao then back to Miami for the flight back to England,quite a package so when I inquired I was given advice and recommendations that enhanced my package,the flights with British airways were superb and the American Airlines from New York was fantastic,the hotels which vaibhav selected were fantastic,the Sheraton Fallsview in Niagara we had a view of the whole of the falls rainbow the American part of the falls and the horseshoe falls the Canadian part,the Edison hotel in York was 50 yards from Times Square and the free breakfast was really good,the cruise on the carnival horizon was really good,overall it was a good package and when I had a question any of the agents were honest,polite and very knowledgeable and gave a honest opinion to which I took their advice and can honestly say in every case their advice was better than my opinion,I would advise anyone looking for a package like this just trust me and contact viva cruise,any of the agents you get can be trusted and do their very best to get the best package,thankyou

An asset to the company
This is my 4th cruise, all booked through different cruise operators. I had originally got back to the last company booked with however after a bad sales pitch and a rude young man I chose not to book. Yesterday I called viva and spoke to Vaibhav ! From the off he was polite listened to my requests, advised me on the best thing to do to get the best options at the right price. He was patient and nothing was too much trouble. He went out his way to let all parties know this trip is for a ‘Big Birthday’ and even suggested travelling a day earlier so I can enjoy the actual day rather than travelling on it. No surprise I booked there and then. Vaibhav you are an asset to your company. Thank you.

Vaibhav was an Excellent Consultant!
Vaibhav and his colleagues were all very lovely. Vaibhav booked and tailored my holiday to suite our budget and the stops we wanted to make on the trip. The trip includes stops in New York and Miami and then a cruise in Bahamas. Vaibhav helped me get a good deal and was super friendly and helpful and could answer any questions I had or cater to any requirements or needs I had. Vaibhav is excellent
We have recently booked a cruise & stay holiday for 2027. We dealt with Vaibhav who I cannot thank enough for his patience, knowledge and overall customer service. We had multiple calls with him going over the itinerary making lots of changes & each time he was patient and cooperative. We then threw another curve ball to include our friends who had additional criteria to make things even more complicated. Vaibhav was so accommodating and put a great package together for us.
I can't recommend enough and can't wait for our holiday!
