They really helped me when u had power cut they keeper me updated

They responded quickly to my emergency request and carried out the investigation and rectified the issue with great expertise. I was impressed.

Uk power can easily send text message once a fault is identified and rough time frame ( This can be automated , and all registerd mobile must be updated) In this case in HA0 4Lj, ther is a known old power problem near Alperton school, the the company shold be sorted it out to resolve such power outage.

Very efficient service and clear communication throughout the outage.

Repairs done as far as I know, had no trouble since a few weeks ago. I’ve not noticed any more power cuts. Thanks.

Unfortunately we had a power cut. After reporting it, UK Power Networks were excellent. They kept me up to date with both regular messages and phone calls. Their communication was 100%.
They had to dig up the road in front of my property but the work men were polite, extremely tidy and willing to assist should I need to leave my property whilst they were working. This continued for a few days although electricity was restored within 8 hours.
They worked in a clean and tidy manor leaving the site in a very acceptable condition.
Apart from power cut itself I couldn’t fault UK Power Networks.

Excellent service from UKPN. We returned from a week’s holiday at 2am to find we had no power. Someone came out by 3 am and by the following day they had diagnosed the problem and provided us with a temporary solution. They then returned several times as did their contractor JJ Allen and did a brilliant job in putting in place a permanent solution and making good all the disruptions. We are very grateful

We had a power outage last night at BN9 9DX at about 4.30pm. I spoke to your helpdesk and they were informative and helpful. Your people were on site promptly and worked diligently in the dark, cold and wet to get us reconnected at about 1am this morning. 👏👏 well done and thank you.

The service was fantastic from start to finish, we had three different teams that came out to us and they were all so informative, friendly and helpful. They said the driveway would be put back like for like and they were true to their word. I even received a cheque in the post for £100 to cover the food in my fridge/ freezer. Great service happy customer 😊.

Reported power loss at 3am via 105. Phone answered promptly and taken through various checks to identify the loss was not my home. Advised of what is going to happen. Engineers were dispatched to the substation and information on progress was texted to me and power was restored within 2 hours.

Prompt response kept informed at all times cannot fault them and is the same every time there's a power cut .A great service .

I was kept up to date with progress on restoring power, which is crucial to keep my meds cold. Power was restored way before the initial estimated time. Texts were clear and informative. Follow up was thorough and made me feel more confident about any possible future power outages

I was pleasantly surprised. Enquired about a sudden power cut. Situation explained and frequent progress reports. Checked I was safe. Encouraged me to join the vulnerable household register (easy to forget I’m getting older). Repair took place and updates sent. Thank you.
