There was an unexpected power outage caused by a third party. Power Network keep me informed throughout the outage and the power was back on just before the estimated time. What a great service.

The power network were very good . Kept me up to date all the way through and I had my electricity on in no time. They found the course straight away.

Staff were excellent ìncluding Arron, didnt get his second name.

Very prompt and efficient attention to a power outage on Friday evening leaving my house without power. Your engineers arrived quickly and accessed the damage and stored the power. We are very grateful

Had a power cut and service recovery team reacted quickly by sending a message with details of the cut within 3 minutes.

During and after a recent power cut the information supplied by UK Power Networks via text message was first class. Informed as to what had caused the issue , given a timeline as to completion and then again when all was up and running. Plus a number to call if still experiencing problems or any other questions . Couldn’t fault the service.

All runs smoothly - problems are rare, when they do occur, they are dealt with urgently, keeping the customer updated along the way.

During an unplanned power outage fhe UKPN website was clear and easy to navigate and I identified there was indeed an issue in my area and that I could set up text updates which I did. The texts were prompt and clear and helpfuly also advised what the cause of the outage was, an underground cable issue. Often companies only tell you there is a "problem." It felt helpful and reassuring to be given more information about the problem and expected fix time. Well done to UKPN with excellent customer engagement. Many other large companies could and should learn from them.

UK Power acted superbly when my power supply was problematic.
The engineers worked tirelessly and were polite and professional at all times.
The telephone operative was well informed and informed me of progress, which involved telephoning me on several occasions.
All staff demonstrated the traditional work ethic that I grew up expecting - well done UK Power you were fantastic

UK Power network staff are reliable communicators. We received regular updates about progress towards fixing our power cut throughout the time the power was off. They also offered help with any difficulties caused by the loss of power. The electricity was restored within a reasonable time.
