My life is dependent on electricity. Literally. I need instant accurate information when something goes wrong. And I need any problem fixed rapidly. UK POWER does this very well.

Amazing response to repeated electricity trips in our rented place, after reported an issues to UK power network, through website.

Excellent service, they kept me updated on progress and the work was done quickly and efficiently

I live on oxygen and the service they delivered was exceptional. They informed me of the planned 2 day power cut and organised a generator in case they ran into any complications whilst doing the work. I had update texts through the power cut and then a final message it was all done. Over and above service from a fantastic caring team.

Reported a power cut through their website. Later when the power came back on a got a call from a very lovely lady. Asking to confirm if my power was back on and explained what she was able to, as to why the power went out. My only criticism is the power was out for a while before the live updating on the website registered we had a power cut in my area.

I signed up for updates by text and they were very accurate. A power outage is never a good situation but being kept informed of what is being done to resolve the issue makes it more tolerable.

I was kept updated via texts and the website was also updated as the process went on, I can’t fault them to be honest and in situations like that where the power goes it’s important to have updates and rough expectations on timing's of when it should be back on as some people rely on it more than others. All round great experience

Good, clear and timely communication that was present when needed and provided relevant information without being intrusive. A good, well thought through service.

Continuous updates even when no further timescale could be given so felt reassured the issues were being dealt with. Was able to reassure elderly neighbours who couldn’t access information easily. Fault reason was given and then corrected which felt very much that we were being dealt with by honest and open company

This company is an absolute joke, each customer care advisor providers different advice and they are ultimately trying to make money out of vulnerable customers who ate stuck without power. Terrible service.

We had a power failure to our home yesterday and I called UKPN for help. Nikki took my call and kindly checked details, made sure we were safe and organised a call-out. Her manner was calm, friendly, helpful and empathetic. What a joy, no robots, AI, silly answerphones just a great and knowledgeable real person. Within an hour we had the engineer on our doorstep. Once again he was reassuring and cal. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. Such great people, with customer care as their focus. Well done UKPN. You have great people. Don’t be tempted to change the formula. It works brilliantly.

Excellent communication during recent power outage in my area. Other companies could learn a lesson in good customer service from UK Power Networks. I received frequent texts and even a personal phonecall which was much appreciated.

I had an issue where the electrian I hired to replace my consumer unit made an error that caused the cut out fuse to blow. I had to call UK power network and everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, polite and professional.
They had an engineer here within an hour and kept me updated all the way through.
Probably the best customer service I've ever had.

The service I received from my area in Maidstone king street after reporting a power outage was greatly exceptional!! Staff were so helpful and caring. UKPN have been really helpful, polite, considerate and easy to deal with

Mark and Jane helped us to get sorted our disconnection and reconnecting after the builders did a very bad job. I am on priority list too, so kindly sent two people from UKPN Edrion Lofataj and his colleague Maksim Cani to check out the job and to get power back into our property. They worked very hard from afternoon to late evening. So we would like to say Thank you very very much for all their hard work. Fantastic service. Wouldn't be able to find anyone like them.
