Unaxseptable way to do busness
Ordered a Driver, it arrived,wrong shaft, they sent a return address for shimpent.Heard nothing,emailed,they said club just arrived in the warehouse,4/14 and 3/5 days a credit will be applied. Two weeks later no information,emailed ,they said only a head cover was shipped.Various emails, they said I should put in a claim with Fedex , I did, Fedex said I wasn't the shipper,so I couldn't make a claim.Emailed TGW with the info. and asked them to put i a claim...Again after numerous emails, still no responce.
My hands are tied, which way do I turn?????

I ordered 5 hats last year during the hat sale. Three hats shipped right away. The other 2 were put on back order, the white Titleist, and navy Callaway. After a few weeks the Titleist was cancelled. I kept getting messages every month or so saying the Callaway was updated longer on back order. Months passed ant it just got cancelled. I have 2 concerns 1-why were they involved in the sale if not available? And 2- they are both on sale on the website right now. I have been seeing them the whole time I have been getting the not available notifications???

Multiple back orders
I most recently ordered two pairs of shoes for high school softball. I have received one pair and the other pair has been back ordered on two different occasions. Items ordered on 4/1/26 not expected until 5/21/26. High school season concludes on 5/15/26.

I completely understand your frustration. It’s unacceptable for a package to sit without an update for this long, and I apologize for the delay.
I’ve looked into your tracking and confirmed that it hasn't moved since leaving the Indianapolis facility on April 7th. We have already filed a formal claim with FedEx to investigate the delay on our end, but I don't want you to have to wait for their investigation to wrap up.
To get you out on the course as soon as possible, we will issue a replacement with expedited shipping immediately. We value your business and want to make sure you're taken care of. I’ll follow up with a direct email with the details.
Return fail
I bought a club and returned it 2 months ago. I was told I would receive store credit. I waited 2 weeks…..nothing. I chatted with customer service a week ago, they said the club had been confirmed as returned but “noone had done any action to process the return”. They said they would go ahead and do that then and I would receive a gift card. Over a week later, nothing. I chatted with customer service today and they said an egift card would be sent within 2 hours. 6 hours later , nothing. I am super pissed and I have had it up to here. I have been very patient and given many chances cor this to be resolved and it has not been. This is truly shitty customer service.

Backorder madness and lack of CS
Backorder dates are estimates since they have literally changed 5 TIMES since the order date of 1/26/26. Since then, you have changed it to 2/19 then 3/5 then 3/16 then 3/20 and now 4/3. Here we are on 4/4 and not even a new update. Lack of empathy, customer service and even basic updates; will cancel and refuse to order from this company again.
