I have used 1Aauto many times before and never had any issues, recently I had misordered parts. Due to slight misunderstanding on my end of the vehicle platform, I ordered brake parts that were compatible with multiple trims of the vehicle I was working on but did not fit what I had as I needed the smaller brake setup. I began the refund process and it went quickly and painlessly. My refund process was approved and pushed forward in under 24 hours. Fantastic customer service and punctuation! Will continue to use them.

The customer service was outstanding. A one-time refund was issued for a part the failed after installation, even though that is not company policy. Also, the prices on 1A Auto are very reasonable.

I have ordered various parts from them and each time I get the same FAST delivery and reliable Quality for prices that are great savings even in DIY-land. I am very thankful for the recent 2 hub order for my F150. They came yesterday and I installed the bad driver side hub before retiring for the night. Everything was "Spot On" and I was so excited to drive to test it out, knowing I just saved over $600 from the shop estimate. And I did it myself with the help of their video crew training! Can't miss here!

I purchased 4 TRQ iridium spark plugs and 4 TRQ oxygen sensors. I am very sad to report that one out of four of their named TRQ products failed within a very short period of time, that is a 25% failure rate on very important parts. The oxygen sensor they replaced, the spark plug broke where the ceramic meets the nut. $488.00 later they were replaced by my local repair shop. I cannot trust their products and will never buy from them again. The pricing was good but the quality just is not there.

I needed to replace the window regulator on my van. I found your videos online as I was searching for parts and instructions. The video gave me the confidence to tackle it myself, and made choosing where to get my parts from a no-brainer.

Ordering was dead simple thanks to a well-designed website and shipping process. Including the link to the installation video with my confirmation meant it was always handy when I needed it. In the video the tech explains the parts of the job that are frustrating or difficult and that was great to know in advance, as well as explaining how the replacement parts were designed to improve on the OEM install.

Replacing a window regulator isn’t especially hard, but it is a bit tricky in spots and there’s an order of operation that makes it go more smoothly. I got it done in less time (and with far less cursing) than I expected.

Ordered from 1A Auto and had new TRQ driver and passenger side CV axles installed on my 15 Honda Pilot. Immediately after installing, the vehicle vibrates with a rubbing sound at low speeds and while turning. Asked for replacement parts and they agreed to ship free but said I needed to pay for the defective items return shipping because it is their policy.

After buying $300 worth of parts and paying $700+ to have them installed, 1A Auto now wants me to pay for return shipping with zero guarantee the replacement parts won’t cause the same issues? My mechanic isn’t going to replace the defective axles for free either..No thanks! Do yourself a favor and research the product reviews first and then do the right thing and pay for the OEM part. You think you are saving money buying cheaper, but in the long run the end customer loses. Giving 2 stars here because the other items I purchased seem to be of good quality so far and their customer service rep. was kind even though I didn’t like the company policy.

The part I ordered didn’t work out. Their return form was easy to fill out and I was contacted next day. They did not hesitate to offer a refund and told me to keep the part of donate it to a local auto tech vocational program. Full refund has hit my CC and they’ve been great!

I ordered a part that I had to return unused under their 60 day refund. I waited until past their own refund receival time, and then I sent them an email with all information needed to figure out why I haven't received the refund yet and now they're ignoring my emails.

It's very disappointing, I was hoping to use this company for my orders but it looks like their shady employees(whether being deliberate management or just lack of awareness) are going to cost them business.

Axle for my 2011 Grand caravan was a perfect fit! Only took me 45 minutes from start to finish. So far, so good.

I have used 1-A auto in the past and have had a wonderful experience using them. They are very patient and will help you out with any issues. I would definitely recommend using them to anyone. Quality auto parts at a reasonable price.

Availability, communication and honesty

Don’t try to return anything. I ended up having a small “smudge” on a part and they denied me $100 of my return items. Customer service doesn’t both to let you know when you talk to them over the phone.

Great products! My only complaint is I think if you buy a wheel hub assembly it should come with a new seal as well and maybe new studs? Idk might be a price thing but would be cool to see. That’s all! Love ya.

Video instructions, parts fit and work as built

I feel misled by this company because they advertise “same day shipping,” yet that was far from my experience. My order took longer than normal to ship, and it seems they use the cheapest shipping options available. I was promised my parts would arrive days ago, but they did not. As a result, I wasted valuable time waiting for parts that never came when they were supposed to, leaving me unable to drive my car and forcing me to put everything on hold.
To make matters worse, the package was marked as delivered by UPS, but delivered to a third‑party location I was never informed about. Now I have to spend even more of my own time tracking down this third party just to retrieve my package.
Overall, 1AAuto Parts feels like half a reliable company and half a disappointing one whose marketing relies on misleading claims. This experience has definitely damaged my trust in their service.

I ordered a front end components kit for my Suburban Order #2MCZ19Q**** FROM the website everything was fine made sure order was correct checked out and they charged me for 2 at 359.00 EA that's the second time it happened I thought it was me the first time,now I scrambled to call and have to wait 3-5days for a refund it's bullshit be careful and check cause I made sure it only said 1
