I bought a 1986 Mazda b2000 floor molded carpet for my truck. 1st of all its is only 1/4 molded. It is sloopy, won't fit right, heel pad is not in the correct place. It's to far back and to far to the right. It took two weeks to find this out. Also I paid $229.00 and in order to get a refund I have to pay estimate of a $100.00 or maybe more to send it back. Which i will only receive around $129.00. What a joke. I will never buy another thing from this company. I don't believe this is a USA company. Cause the product I got was junk. Beware Buyers.

I went on their website put in my car information was buying front rotors and back rotors and brakes. They sent for all-wheel-drive when my car is rear wheel drive pay $200 through UPS to send back. I shipped them the same day they say they don’t see that the front rotors and brakes were returned. I took one rotor for the back to try on the car to see if it fits. That’s when I realize they were the wrong parts they told me they destroyed the back rotors because they could not resell them and said I might not get a refund for the back rotors and they can’t find my front rotors and brakes to get a refund for that which cost me $350 so I’m supposed to be out of $500 and they’re not sending no parts back for me to sell on eBay

I order some parts they send me the wrong one and now the send me a partial refund... because the said the parts where dirty and wear... i know isn't true.. i got proof what i send it clean .. wont fit ..i pay $225 they send me $82.

Should be 0 star as the wrong part was sent and mechanic attempted to put on then realizes it was the wrong part, to which they won't exchange or refund which is their fault they sent the wrong part and now im out $600 with labor they refused to take responsibility for the problem so unbelievable

Disappointed with Wrong Part and Unfair Refund Policy
I ordered a part from 1A Auto that was supposed to fit my vehicle, but they sent the wrong one. I followed all instructions and even used my VIN to make sure it was the correct part. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and dismissive.
To make things worse, they only refunded half of my money, claiming the part looked “used” even though I never installed it. So now I’m stuck without the right part AND out half the cost.
This was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I expected better service and accountability. I won’t be ordering from 1A Auto again, and I’d caution others to double-check everything before placing an order.

So much for the right parts guarantee. The wrong motor mounts were shipped to me-2wd. I called to see if there was a different motor mount for 4wd. There was despite the two motor mounts appearing very similar.
I ordered the one mount they had in stock. My vehicle down because this repair had already been started. The next day received an email saying the parts weren’t coming. Excellent news.
So I called to find out what changed between yesterday and today. First answer I got was they’re on their way. I pressed so I wouldn’t wait 5 days only to not receive my parts. “Oh yeah, here it is”…. We have 3 but you can’t have any. Sorry about your luck.
If it was a fifo scenario, wouldn’t making my order correct be the right thing to do? Since I ordered the first motor mounts over a month ago? Am I being unreasonable? The customer service lady offered to have a supervisor look into and explain it to me. He or she couldn’t be bothered with coming on the line. I got a bunch of he said she said nonsense.
This is the first bad experience I’ve had with 1aauto. It does sour any future business I may do with them. I’ve ordered lots and lots of parts in the past and they are usually fast to replace and send the right parts that ship quick. I don’t know if it’s just these motor mounts, or if something has changed with the company. I’m way less trusting of ordering parts from them again.
Not getting correct fitting parts, parts that are in stock but can’t be ordered, and unnecessary downtime of my vehicle. I’m truly disappointed by 1aauto.

Do not buy from this company website show their parts fit my car purchased and it didn’t fit ask for an exchange for the right part was told no. Website also show warranty on the parts. None of that matters.
This comapny is very deceptive
This comapny is very deceptive. The item descriptions are not very clear. We ordered break pads and rotors for our vehicle, we thought we ordered a front kit and a rear kit. When we received out items we had 2 rear kits. Looking at the itmes descriptions I can see how an error could be made, the items were listed as rear with front calpiers. I have never seen any other auto parts site list pads and rotors like this. We were never adivsed that there would be an outrageous return shipping charge. The reprsenative that processed my return never once mentioned there would be any kind of return shipping charge. The return shipping charge was sent in an email, which arrived seperate from the email containing the return labels. Any other company I've dealt with has the labels and any other information all in one email. The return shipping fees were over half the cost of the itme, had I shipped the items back out of my own pocket they would have cost less. Customer service is just a bunch of robotic himans, they read from their script and can not think outside of the box. They do not care that they are deceptive and misleading. "We'll have this reviewed internally" AKA too bad, so sad, you're out of luck! I will never do business with 1A Auto again! And I will never reccomend the to anyone! MY advice, STAY AWAY!!
1A Auto
I have been a customer of 1A Auto for years and have never had an issue till this last time. I ordered a set of upper and lower control arms; the cost was $429.71 and advised delivery by Friday. I received Half of my order on Friday, which was the stated delivery day, but haven't received the other half. I made sure I took time off to install the parts this weekend. I checked the tracking, and it was shipped from Amazon. It was shipped on the same date, time, and location as the one that was delivered. When I emailed 1A Auto to find out what happened, they sent an automated response, with the tracking information I already knew. If I would have known they were just using Amazon I would have ordered it from there instead. Unfortunately, this will definitely make me hesitant to use 1A Auto in the future.
They are thieves and terrible Customer Service …
I ordered a part based off of their website and the part was completely wrong they won’t issue a full refund I am calling them scammers. Use rock auto instead

It's always a joy to check out 1A Auto. Even when they make a mistake, sending 2 parts of the same sku part number and not dbl checking it, haha. It's really not a problem. Thankful 1A is goal to quality and customer care. Refunding and communication. Makes working together positive!

These are the "good guys". Their prices are great, their training videos are great and their support people are REALLY great. I'm 80 years old and retired and can't afford to pay someone $400 to fix a power window issue that I can fix myself for the price of a $65 replacement part. THANKS A1.
