I ordered pants for my son. Said they were on backorder and to be shipped by 4/28. Still have not recieved and now being told they are on back order until 5/28. If I cancel, I'll now have to pay more for a different brand/pair, plus shipping charges.

My son lost his baseball bat at the diamonds (of course he did) so I needed a bat quickly. After a couple of hours of deliberation on which bat he wanted (GREAT SELECTION). We ordered it on a Wed night and it arrived Fri morning ahead of our Sat Game! Great Selection, Accuracy and Fast Shipping! Now if I could only figure out this whole coach pitch thing and quick striking everyone out.

I ordered 9.5 men's cleats and got size 7. I was given an attitude on the first call. I called the next day and was told it was a website issue.

This order for a batting jacket and gloves were for my grandson. I ordered a youth medium for both. The same size all of his clothes and baseball uniforms are. Unfortunately the fit was too small. Unusual for two highly regarded baseball equipment companies. I called the customer service department to have a return label sent by mail to me. I could not print one from the site because I don't have a home printer. To my surprise I received a personal phone call the next day from Ted Itschert Director of Customer Experince. He said he would handle my return and refund without delay. He was genuinely concerned that I was totally satisfied with the entire process and retaining me as a valued customer was of the utmost importance. Thank you for going above and beyond creating a five star experience. You have a customer for life.
