Carpet and Lanai
Had the carpet replaced in 2015 and chose to have ceramic installed on our lanai because of the great job with the carpeting. Dale Sherburne in the Naples office was wonderful to work with both times.

Great To Work With
We had worked with Taylor Carpet One previously when we purchased carpet for our bedrooms, dining room and den. We were well aware of the quality of service and installation they provided so going back to them for our next project made sense. Once again, very easy to work with. Our sales person was Elizabeth and she was just great to work with. Very easy to get in touch with and very knowledgeable. We had luxury vinyl plank flooring installed this time over the existing tile floor. The installation was flawless and the crew was very clean and professional. We are extremely pleased with the product (Mannington Audra Max) and with Taylor Carpet One.

There was a major problem with the subcontractor.
The subcontractor Taylor Carpet used was terrible. Sloppy, Unprepared. Unprofessional. However, when I took my concerns and pictures to Taylor Carpet they made it right. This was the third time I had used them in two years and I have always been pleased. Can't blame them for the subcontractor's work, but Taylor needs to be a littler more selective when they hire subs to represent their company.

Veronica Meyers was our Sales Consultant. She has a total knowledge of all the carpet and flooring she sells. She is very kind and personable. Her customer service is first class also! I needed my carpeting installed by September 25. It has been installed with two weeks to spare! Luis , his wife and son were our installers who also did a wonderful job. They installed all three bedrooms in one day and cleaned up every bit of old carpeting and new carpeting scraps! I would definitely recommend Taylor Caroet One, Veronica Meyers ,Luis and crew. They all get Five stars from us!
