What a great experience we had with Taylor Flooring. We are new to the area and needed to replace the carpet in two bedrooms. We called Taylor and they guided us through the process with no pressure. From the sales staff to the installers, we were treated great. We would not hesitate to recommend Taylor for any flooring needs.

The entire process of getting new carpet was great! We were able to take carpet samples home with us to see how they would look in our living room. Our sales consultant, Jan was super helpful. The carpet is exactly what we wanted and looks great in our home.

From start to finish, our experience with Taylor Carpet One was a positive one. Julie, from the sales department, was most helpful with selecting flooring and making changes to our order when we experienced water damage to our condo and installation had to be rescheduled. Jeff came to measure and advised us on finishing touches that we had questions about. We are grateful to both of them for their input and expertise. Lastly, the installation was done by Simon and his team who did a great job and gave us advice on caring for our new luxury vinyl plank flooring. Thanks to all of them, we have a beautiful new floor! We will definitely come back if we decide to change flooring in other rooms.

From out initial visit to the showroom, assisted by Julie McGillivary, we knew we were in the right place. Julie thoroughly explained the various carpeting, the underpadding, and the process used in the installation. Samples were provided to take home for a final decision. Measurements were taken by Ron, he was right on time for the appointment. Final check out by Julie, explaining the way the carpet would be cut and where the seams would be. Installation went very smoothly, handled by Luis Sr, Luis, and Manuel. Furniture was moved out, carpet laid, furniture replaced, and a final check of the installation. We would certainly highly recommend Taylor Carpet One.

in choosing my carpet and followed through with everything she told me she would do.
Also, we were satisfied and happy with Luis & Manuel who installed our carpet. Conscientious and careful in moving furniture in and out of rooms and we were impressed with their skill in laying the carpet.
Overall, we were very satisfied with all aspects regarding the selection and installation. We will recommend your business to others without exception.

I prefer to patronize local businesses and an internet search lead me to Taylor Carpet One. Bill and his associates were exceptionally accommodating in helping me make and choose my flooring selections. They sent me Danny Cabreja who turned out to be an
excellent installer. He scheduled me for Christmas Eve day, since he understood my anxiousness for the install.
Danny was exceptionally knowledgeable,
and very efficient, taking particular care to all details, including movement of furniture, perfectly aligned tiles, install of the quarter round and edging and clean-up prior to leaving.
Yes, I would recommend Carpet One to anyone.

When your associate came out to make the final measurements he did not point out that the carpet installers would not be able to move our entertainment cabinet. Because of this they were not able to install the carpet that day so it had to be rescheduled.

From the moment we stepped into the Bonita Springs store, we had a very pleasant experience. Our first and most recent contact, Julie M., was exceptional with her guidance, selection process, and followup after the install. Impressive was her ability to insure we had our install completed promptly due to our tight schedule.
In addition, the install staff communicated with us in a timely fashion and the work was accomplished both professionally and exceptionally. Thank you!

This was an excellent experience for the purchase and installation of our luxury vinyl floor. Our sales person Julie was knowledgeable and extremely pleasant, a pleasure to work with. Our installer, Danny, was the best we have ever had. He was polite, neat, experienced, and did a fabulous job. He was an absolute professional and took pride in his work. Our floor looks perfect and we are very happy with it. I would highly recommend Taylor Carpet One.

I had Taylor lay down over $5000 of carpet. It looks good and I am happy with that. However, after the carpet was laid down, I thought I might want to add a wooden piece to connect the carpet and the hardwood floors on the other side of the carpet. Taylor gave me a price of $370 which I accepted, but later I decided to not go through with that project. I cancelled the project and talked to the sales rep directly. She assured me that would be no problem and I could expect a refund on my credit card for that amount. The refund never came ... even though I called and spoke to the sales rep 3 times, and even went into the store to talk about it face to face. They kept saying they would take care of it and never have ... even though this request and back and forth has been going on for more than 1 year. They lied to me, would not respond to me, and refused eventually to refund the money for the cancelled project. With so many competitors out there, I will NEVER do business with Taylor Carpet again. After spending over $5000 with them and they are too cheap to refund one small extra portion, come on now. And just so you know, I am not the complaining type. I have never posted a complaint about a business before but this one you need to know about.

extra carpeting was supposed to be made into floor mats / this was explained very clearly and written up on the work order . The mats were never made and the explanation for this was the extra carpet was "shredded " when main piece of carpet was installed . How do you shred a 5 x 3 piece of carpet ? Other than this issue carpet looks very nice .
