From the moment I walked into the Lehigh store, Bill Seger was friendly, helpful and professional. Tile installer Jon was awesome. The carpet guys were good and came back to fix a small problem. I am so excited and satisfied with my floors!

I do believe that the person in charge for scheduling should be on top of calling the customer sooner. We were called One day prior to installation, and that was after I had to call the company to ask when we were on the schedule ?

We heard about Taylor Carpet One in a local TV ad .When we visited the store our salesperson Veronika Meyers helped us find the flooring materials we were interested in and gave us the information we needed to decide what choices were best for our mobile home flooring needs and our budget needs. When we decided on carpeting Veronika suggested our best options and sent samples home with us. We chose our carpeting, Veronika gave us a quotation and we set up a date for installation. Friday, April 7th Carpet One installers Marcos and Antonio arrived at our home and began their work. They were very polite and accommodating to our needs.. They started the 102.67 SY yard installation about 10 a.m. and completed it about 3:30 p.m. They did not even take a lunch break. My husband is handicapped and uses a walker and Mario made certain that the transition areas in our home were easily accessible for him.. After the old carpeting was removed, the old subflooring cleaned and the new carpeting installed and vacuuming was done, we were totally satisfied with the entire process. We are staying in FMB for another month so that we can enjoy our new carpeting.

I dealt with the customer service representatives at the Naples, Florida location. I have found the staff to be consistently professional and knowledgeable about flooring. I am very pleased with the quality of the product installed. The installation crew was very professional and competent.

We hired Taylor Carpet to install new tile in our condo in Bonita Springs. They did a fantastic job - very professional installation with almost no wasted tiles (they measured with a computer system). Bill Herman, owner, was very pleasant to work with at all stages of the project. I would recommend them highly!

Projects we hired Taylor Carpet One was new flooring in the living, dining room, kitchen, hall, one bathroom and one bedroom. One bathroom was a remodel with new tile. They had nice selections and their hours were convenient. They started when they said they would but the project took a little longer than planned only due to some minor delays due to getting extra products in. I was not completely satisfied with some the of sub-contractors they used. I expected a lot of mess but I feel they could have cleaned up better at the end of each day. Some of the work around the baseboards were a little sloppy and I had to repaint around the baseboards when they were finished. When the project was done, we were pleased with the quality of the bathroom remodel. Our flooring choice was maybe not the best for the floor we had to cover but for the most part we have been pleased.

Showroom was excellent, but even more important was the customer service and commitments made to us. We had approx 50 Sq. yd installed (two bedrooms). Old carpet and pad removed over concrete floor. An all inclusive pricing structure, including free measurement service with detail CAD drawings of exactly the area and amount of waste and all cuts shown. Outstanding follow-up on the ordering process and help with color selection and type - went with StainMaster Nylon. Installation crew was experienced and very skilled and completed the entire work in approx 4 hours. Very competitive pricing. Elizabeth, our sales consultant did a fantastic job in communicating with us along the entire process. We couldn't be happier.
