My purchases of padding for throw rugs have consistently been delayed and I have often received mixed messages concerning payment and delivery. I will not be purchasing anything from this company again and I suggest others do the same.

As you are now aware, the salesperson failed to inform you upfront that custom cut padding orders must be paid in advance of pick-up so unfortunately the padding was not ready when you expected it. Once we spoke with you and explained what occurred, you were incredibly grateful for the explanation and even more surprised and delighted when we delivered the padding to your door for free, refusing to accept payment. We are so grateful for your business and the second chance!

I had a previous excellent experience with Anderson Carpet but Chris and Bill hit it out of the park! I made a measurement mistake and when they arrived to lay the carpet it was too big by several feet. Without a complaint they took it back to the warehouse, recut it, rebound it and gave me rebound extra pieces. They were actually cheerful!!!! Made my day!! They are the best.

From start to finish an extremely pleasant experience - dealing with the order desk - scheduling dept and craftmanship of 2 men that installed the carpet - it looks lovely and we are 100% satisfied.
When we came in - we appreciated that the sales representative was knowledgeable - paid attention to the quality we were looking for w/o going over the top. She was not hard sell (always a turn off) and we walked away feeling very confident about Anderson Carpet!

My experience in the show room was great. Very attentive and product knowledgeable. The in home measurement went smoothly. I love the carpet. It looks great in my home. The installer team needs more training on customer relations and being responsive to the homeowner.
