This is one of the best retail experiences we’ve ever had. Everybody and Anderson worked together to make sure that we were satisfied, and our needs met. Pricing was good on the hardwood that we wanted, even better than we could get on the Internet. There was a local place that was a little less expensive, but the trust that I felt for Anderson made the tiny difference well worth it.

I got advice on the right type flooring for my house, what would work, what wouldn't for the structure of my home. What would last longer given normal use. Dawn was very helpful in showing me the type floors that would match the various rooms in the house. The end result was fantastic and my floors look great. I still have a few more renovations to make then I will go back and pick out flooring for the other rooms in the house. I am very happy. Ashley, Justine and Dawn do a great job and are very helpful.

From the moment I walked in until my rug was delivered, I was 100% pleased with the service. Even the delivery of my rug was terrific. They laid it down, even vacuumed it for me.

I'd been trying to find just the right area rug since we moved in and ordered 4 on line and returned 4. I found Anderson Carpet and was so pleased.

Dawn has always been our salesperson and she is fantastic!

Anderson did a large install of carpet and wood flooring...the installation was great and they went above and beyond, but there were a few follow up items that needed attention. They took care of everything in the long run...I would have given five stars if these things - furniture removal and replacement, job cleanup, vents not cut to fit vent covers - had been taken care of without my asking and following up. I will continue to do business with them but will be very clear about my expectations.

I ordered carpet for two bedrooms and stairs. I wasn't able to purchase it until 3 months later, but they honored the quote. After looking at the carpet I bought, I changed my order. I was in the middle of selling my house, and they assured me that the carpet would be installed in time for photographs of the house for listing.
The installers were wonderful and didn't hesitate to ask questions. I asked the photographer to highlight the bedrooms and stairs. I sold the house in 3 days!
I plan to change the carpet in my new bedroom in the future, and I definitely will use them again!
