Our showroom experience was wonderful. Bill showed us different type of flooring with no hassle or pressure. The install experience was just as great...the crew was experienced and didn't waste any time in preparing the floors and getting the first planks down. Throughout the process, I was informed on what was going to occur today and the plan for tomorrow - we installed laminate throughout our whole house so it was a big job! The Armstrong floor we selected was great too! I'm so glad we upgraded and with no pressure! Yea, Taylor Carpet One!! They will get our business for the garage and lanai as well as referrals!

The installation service was superior. The gentlemen who did the carpet installation, Miguel and Carlos, were polite, professional, and efficient.
The gentlemen who installed the vinyl floors were excellent; also polite and professional, Louis and Vinnie worked well together, respected each other's knowledge, and did an excellent job: neat, clean, efficient, and careful.

This was the second time that I have used Taylor Carpet One for carpeting.

Jennifer at the Bonita Springs store was wonderful! Helpful, honest, accommodating and an absolute pleasure! Stopped in the store on a day she was not there and did not have the same experience. We went in to find a carpet, and Bill greeted us with such a warm and inviting way about him, that it made us feel not so overwhelmed. We explained what we were looking for, and he quickly pointed us in the right direction. Bill was full of patience, and explained many things we needed to think about and why.
When it came for our carpet to be installed, Mark and Jessie were the installers. We can't say enough about them! They worked so hard, and were very polite. They were fast, efficient, and helpful in getting some of our big furniture back into place. I would recommend Taylor Carpet without reservations at all. Thank you for a beautiful carpet!

All employees that I had the pleasure of working with were respectful, knowledgeable, prompt, did some measuring on their own time ( after company hours). The product was delivered and installed before promised.

Our carpet purchasing experience was a great one! Our sales person, Bill Seger, couldn't have been nicer or easier to work with. Carpet installation happened just as planned with no problems. We love the carpeting - it is luxurious and feels great under foot. The carpet is a little bluer than we had expected based on the sample, but we are quickly getting used to the color. We would definitely use Taylor Carpet One again!

The salesman Jeff Korey and the installation team were the best unlike other flooring companies, Taylor Carpet gives a dam about there customers and the communication skills are the best. Always informed and on time. Our salesmanlisten to our needs and recommended some options. The instal crew needs a big raise for the job they did

I just had Taylor One replace all of my flooring in my outdated condo, They were amazing to work with, very professional. They also came in considerably lower than my other bid. I highly recommend them. My floors are beautiful and I couldn't be happier.

First experience with carpet was not the best. We were directed to the wrong product and traffic patterns began to show. We decided to change from carpet to hard wood and the experience was amazingly different. This difference was completely due to the involvement of Rene Peterson. She was understanding of our issues and caring regarding our frustrations. She walked everyone through the process and made sure all was confirmed. She stayed with the hard wood project to the end. Thank you Rene!!

Overall we liked the quality of the work but there was some confusion as to when they were going to finish the carpet.

Taylor floors was fast competitive and did what they said they could. Sales staff and install crew were friendly and informative.
