Myself and my niece had an afternoon recharge at the Nidd hall hotel and spa in Harrogate,
The staff were lovely unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of action which was a shame and there were no slippers for us (minor inconvenience)
The Spa facilities did let the hotel down I was excepting it to be better maintained as the hotel was beautiful.
We had our hot drinks in the beautiful terrace and even stayed for an early dinner .
Nice relaxing day and for price it was good

Easy to book in. Lots of choices to choose from. The spa experience was highly recommended!

I've been trying to sort something out for weeks so going through SpaSeekers made it so easy and I was so relieved when Lucca phoned from Crabwall Manor to say our booking was all sorted for us, as my daughter and granddaughter have never been on a Spa day before and I want them to feel
pampered. So looking forward to our day together ❤️

Dreadful experience trying to redeem a voucher. Over an hour wrestling with the website and when finally managed to get both guest details accepted the voucher code didn’t pull through at checkout and I’ve had the full amount debited from my account. I now have you call you to get it sorted out. Never again will we use spa seekers.

It was a good choice of spa options and when I phoned to confirm our treatment choices, the call handler was very professional. The only frustration was not easily being able to line up the treatment times available for myself and my guest so I could book us the same time straight away.

The treatments were great and the staff that carried out the treatments were great as well.

I was really disappointed with the booking experience through SpaSeekers.

When I booked online, it clearly stated that the booking was guaranteed if I completed it there and then. However, the day before our spa day, the spa contacted us to say our booking had been cancelled. As this was booked as a birthday surprise, it caused a lot of unnecessary stress and uncertainty.

We then had to spend time going back and forth with the spa, making several phone calls to try and get everything resolved. It wasn't the relaxing lead-up to a spa day that we had expected.

Thankfully, the spa itself did manage to find us another slot, and we were grateful for their efforts in accommodating us. However, the whole situation could have been avoided if the booking had been managed correctly from the start.

While the issue was eventually resolved, the experience left us feeling disappointed. I hope SpaSeekers improves its booking process to prevent other customers from going through the same stress.

As a gesture of goodwill, it would be greatly appreciated if you could honour us with something to help make up for the experience. We booked in good faith based on the guarantee provided, and it would be lovely if our next experience with SpaSeekers reflected the relaxing, stress-free service we had originally expected.

all was great, fab deal and very easy to book online

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious and the wave bed was a real treat to relax and it definitely eased muscle tension.

Unfortunately, I feel the overall experience fell far below the expectations set at the point of sale on the SpaSeekers website.

After failing to receive any kind of response from SpaSeekers.com, it does leave me feeling that the point of sale may be more important to them than the customer experience afterward.
