I booked a spa day for my self and my 3 children to celebrate my birthday. Days before the birthday we had a death in the family. I contacted the spa we were booked into and spa seekers asking to postpone and had no response from multiple emails to the spa. I called the spa and had no one call back. Life at the time was awful and adding losing £400 for this day was just appalling customer care. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

Straight forward and easy to navigate

I wouldn’t even rate this one star if I had the option.

The massage was absolutely terrible. The therapist was completely unprofessional and seemed to have no idea what she was doing. She barely massaged me at all and simply applied oil to my body. To make matters worse, she finished the session eight minutes early.

She was rude, cold, dismissive, and ignored everything I asked for. None of my concerns or requests were taken into consideration.

The spa itself was filthy, dirty, and smelled unpleasant. The entire experience was disappointing from the moment I arrived. The only positive thing I can say is that the tea and the creams were nice.

Everything else was disgusting. What makes it even worse is that the two friends who came with me had exactly the same experience. We all left extremely disappointed.

This was by far the worst spa experience I have ever had, and I’ve had many spa treatments over the years. I will never return, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great deals and easy to use website, highly recommend spa seekers

After booking I realised I had entered the wrong date telephoned immediately to be told that I would have to pay £25 to change the date so I will not be booking spa days with you in the future.

sold me 2 rooms to Hoar cross hall spa at a discounted rate, booking said lowest price that month, took payment, sent confirmation then sent me an email saying that I could either pay the undiscounted rate or they would cancel the bookings. ive got screenshots of everything but still wouldnt honour the booking. dont trust them

I found it difficult to get what i wanted. I wanted to book my friend and myself for a spa day and i had to do it separately in the end.

A lot of choice and easy booking experience.

I’ve used Spa Seekers for a number of years. I have bought many vouchers for friends and family over this time. Friends, colleagues and family have also bought me vouchers back. I used to recommend them to lots of people but not so much anymore.

I have just used a voucher that I received for my birthday last August. I have also lost the use of a £50 voucher that was bought for me birthday last August but was purchased in July. I missed out on the date by a few days. I rang Spa Seekers and they said they could not help. £50 is a lot of money to lose. I will not be purchasing Spa Seekers vouchers again or asking friends or family to buy them for me.

Shocking experience. We booked a spa package and selected our preferred treatment time, which was confirmed at the time of booking. Then, just 24 hours later, our treatment times were changed completely, and one of our bookings was cancelled.

To make matters worse, we couldn't cancel without incurring a charge, and even rescheduling required us to pay an administration fee. This feels completely unfair, especially when the changes weren't made by us.

The whole experience has left us so disappointed that we don't even want to attend the spa anymore. I wouldn't recommend booking through SpaSeekers based on our experience.

I booked direct to a Spa seekers hotel and did not have any confirmation
I was informed that my voucher had expired, even though there was a few weeks left.
I don't drink, only drink offered in package was prosecuted. Not everyone likes proseco, a non alcoholic drink as people were driving would have been nice.

Shocking! We booked a spa experience and selected our time for treatment, we received confirmation then 24 hours later they changed our times completely and cancelled one of the bookings! We couldn't cancel without paying and even rescheduling meant us having to pay an admin fee! Shocking experience and to be honest we don't even want to attend the spa now! Good luck to anyone booking with spa seekers!

The hotel spa day I booked is no longer accepting spa days

I asked for a refund or a like for like I got told they are unable to refund or do like for like

The spa day the offered is cheaper then what I paid but does not include everything I wanted. They will just keep the difference for me to use in the future.

After this I will never use them again the emails basically take no responsibility at all and it's not their fault, if one of your providers cannot complete on a service I would expect this to be rectified instead I just keep getting a no

I spoke to a lovely lady from customer service as I had a few questions and she was very friendly and informative. After speaking to her, I booked online, which was an easy process.

Myself and my niece had an afternoon recharge at the Nidd hall hotel and spa in Harrogate,
The staff were lovely unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of action which was a shame and there were no slippers for us (minor inconvenience)
The Spa facilities did let the hotel down I was excepting it to be better maintained as the hotel was beautiful.
We had our hot drinks in the beautiful terrace and even stayed for an early dinner .
Nice relaxing day and for price it was good
