I booked a spa treatment through your website which was clearly advertised as available, and I received a booking confirmation. This was specifically for a birthday tomorrow. Hours later, I received an email directly from the spa stating they are fully booked and cannot honour the reservation.

This is extremely misleading. Payment has already been taken by Spaseekers, and now I am left without plans for the birthday and having to wait for a refund for a booking that should never have been accepted.

This is disgraceful. I expect an immediate full refund. I will never use your service again.

Amazing experience. Happy, helpful & professional receptionist. Wonderful team. Loved lunch on the beautiful terrace, swim, jacuzzi and amazing mudbath. Would recommend.

more information is required with booking. Confirmation of massages not given. Spa opening times given or not accurate. Need more info on pakage details when booking. You advertise spa deals but very few of the spa overnight pacakages actually include spa access.

Easy to negotiate. The only problem was we could not co-ordinate the time of our treatments which was disappointing. Perhaps you can try to sort this with the Spas. The Nikki was the same. Book and we'll tell you the times you can have. We have 1 appointment @ 10.00 a.m & my guest at 12. 20p.m Not ideal.

Accidentally redeemed 574 worth on a spa that was 378 so 196 was lost. The advisor from tesco reassured me that spa seekers could cancel & then clubcard could request the voucher back. Rang spa seekers who said this was false information and was to do with clubcard t&c. Rang clubcard back and spoke to a different male who said its spa seekers t&c & nothing they can do. Rang spa seekers back feeling very messed about at this point. I understand its my own fault for not reading the t&c and understanding them properly but when they can see evidence of the difference in price and it being a genuine mistake and Ive called within minutes of booking, a little compassion and goodwill would have sufficed.
The only way around it was to book to stay for a spa day the following day which then cost me more money. Totally ruined the whole experience knowing Ive paid over the odds because a simple mistake could not be resolved within minutes of making it.
Would have been much simpler to cancel, Clubcard request the voucher back and rebook at the correct amount like the first tesco advisor informed me. I am so disappointed to the point I don’t want to go now.

It was really easy to find local spas. Really easy to book.
Only downside is you still have to ring the venue to book specific treatment times.

Easy to book online. Discount code applied price clearly adjusted on screen and when paying. Booking confirmation and invoice states original price. IT glitch? Will wait and see if discount applied when statement comes in.

No follow up considering I reported issues and filthy

The website has dark patterns. When booking, I used a teacher's discount. It was accepted and applied, yet when you go to the payment page, the cost isn't shown until payment is taken. Guess what, full price! Contact customer service; no response after a week. Book direct, often cheaper.....
