Absolutely great service. My bin disappeared seemingly it actually fell into truck. They investigated it and are sending a new bin all within 3 hours.

I was on the phone with Mel
I have been chasing Panda for a compost bin since 2024, called & emailed many times. Recently, I was charged with compost service from december-april but I dont have a compost bin.I've talked to EJ couple weeks ago but issue wasn't resolved so I called again, this time I was on the phone with Mel, I've explained the situation and excess charges but he seemed very impatient to listen to my concern and kept on talking over me. It was just not a straightforward conversation and I needed to keep on repeating myself because he kept interrupting while I'm still talking. Anyway, my problem was solved at the end so it wasn't too bad.

My query was dealt with comprehensively and quickly by Francheska.
I had a query about an out-of-course bill I received, as well as the very significant increase in the cost of our package with Panda. She advised that we would have been given advance notice of the increase earlier this year, but I hadn't seen it. I searched again since my phone call but I haven't managed to locate it.
We have been customers of Panda for many years, and find their services very good so despite the very significant increase we plan to remain with them as they are still competitive.

Excellent Customer Service
I am a Panda customer for a number of years. All good. Today ( this morning)I raised an issue that my bin collection did not happen yesterday for my black bin. The Panda representative was excellent in resolving the matter and this exceeded expectations.
