Honest, friendly and took ownership
Kat, who took my call was exceptional from the start, don't know what the weights were ,was honest stated didn't know but if waited would find out. And with the issues I had around billing. Went off and was very truthful and straight talking yes a mistake made . She took responsibility and resolved the matter fantastical, a credit to customer service. Need more people like here who can resolve issues that fast.

Been with panda over 20 years,but this morning was the last straw,i paid the yearly charge and there was money in the account but bin brown bin wasnt emptied and the idiot operative leaves the bin 20 houses away and in the middle of tbe road...i have also had issues with half emptied bins and no real attempt to resolvethese,but theye quick enough to hound you for a yearly charge....ill be going elsewhere..... .UPDATE 11TH MAY 2026,i contacted your customer service dept to find out you lot have cancelled my account. I have asked to speak to one of ur managers many times ..deaf ear given....DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE...STEER CLEAR OF PANDA...I WANT THE MONEY YOU LOT TOOK OUT OF MY ACCOUNT PAID BACK IMMEDIATELY..AND DONT INSULT MY INTELLIGENCE WITH UR LAST REPLY..YOU ALREADY HAVE MY CONTACT DETAILS.. Register to new account 30 April 2026, Bin not delivered since!
My query and register to new account after closing the previous one fairly quick. And i had given good review. But I haven't received the bins since I registered 7 days ago. Customer support says next 5-10 working days it take to complete!!! Which is completely not helpful. Not satisfactory!
