Absolutely appalling company
Absolutely appalling company! Trying to cancel our service with them took ages and then they refused to cancel until they had done the last collection.
SECOND call to cancel and they now have every excuse to not collect the bins. We are being charged rent until their bins are collected, but we must understand that they have a backlog .... but they try and upsell and get you to give details of the landlord, the new tenants, our new address.

Changing Accounts
Rang to change accounts after family member passed. Chloe was very helpful in helping me understand the process before letting me know that she would pass me of to the relevant team. I forgot the other woman's name who helped but she was so lovely and understanding. The only reason it was not 5 stars was how long I had to wait for an agent, but they did apologise for the wait and explained they were unexpectedly busy which I understood. All in all great experience.

Third missed bin collection in a row…
Third missed bin collection in a row from Panda Ireland. Bins were out on time, account fully paid, and still no collection. Customer service keeps giving excuses with no real solution. Completely unacceptable service for something people pay every month for. If this is not fixed immediately, I’ll be cancelling and reporting this everywhere possible.
