I recently spoke with a lovely sales agent named Kat at Panda, and the service I received was excellent from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process.

Kat took the time to recommend the most suitable bin plan based on the number of people in our household, explaining everything clearly and answering all of my questions patiently.

Communication was excellent from Davina and Shivang. Shivang explained thoroughly a couple of times to make sure I understood. Thank you both for your help with my query.

The worst bin company on the island of ireland by far,false promises...bad service,high prices,......shop around and keep clear of Panda.....Where is the money u stole from my account????,i want it repaid as soon as possible..ur a disgrace of a company

I am with Panda a few years now and I find them very down to earth, helpful, understanding when I ran into difficulties with payments at one time, they did not hassle me with phone calls, letters of late payments or anything like that. A payment plan was set up till my difficulties were resolved. Their service of bin collection is always on the day stated and if not which is very rarely they let their customers know either through the app calender or by text message. I find them a very good company with a great reliable bin collection service and a dedicated customer service team.

If you enjoy paying fees just to have your bins permanently “displayed” outside your home instead of actually collected, then this is the service for you.
After cancelling our account in early May, we were assured all bins would be emptied. Three weeks later, the black bin is still sitting outside the property despite multiple phone calls and repeated promises that it would be collected “soon.” Customer service answers the phone, apologises, promises action — and then absolutely nothing happens.
Very frustrating experience and extremely poor follow-through.
