My query and register to new account after closing the previous one fairly quick. And i had given good review. But I haven't received the bins since I registered 7 days ago. Customer support says next 5-10 working days it take to complete!!! Which is completely not helpful. Not satisfactory!

Appalling customer service
Still trying to get our wall they knocked down fixed 6 weeks later. Got a call Monday week ago saying they had sourced the bricks, nothing since! No contact yet again, honestly the customer service with this company is appalling and I would warn anyone to stay away because if you have any problems they really don’t care.

We were away for the bank holiday…
We were away for the bank holiday weekend and forgot to put out the bins. I called the Customer Care and Lyla was very helpful and accommodating. She followed up and rang me back to arrange an emergency collection a couple of days later. Very happy with Panda’s Customer Service.

Panda owned by Beauparc which has a history of Massive margins, of which a quick google search will show you are now introducing a mandatory fuel surcharge. Price gouging plain and simple just an oppurtunity to make a quick buck. Time to move on I think, also time to send an email CCPC about monopoly concerns which is also relevant since their takeover.
A lot of the fuel surcharge has been already mitigated and their margins are so large...

Absolutely great service
Absolutely great service. My bin disappeared seemingly it actually fell into truck. They investigated it and are sending a new bin all within 3 hours.
