It was great to speak to a human on the customer service call and the assistant was extremely courteous and helpful.

Dreadful company to deal with. I was told after leaving a previous review on there site about the removal of bins, that they would be removed in 2 days. This is on going since before Christmas. Bins are still outside the house. Panda are full of false promises.

Panda Loyalty Team member Adam was an absolute pleasure to speak with. He was helpful, had access to my bin lift info and had the mandate to make billing decisions that were fair and reasonable. My issue was fully resolved and I will remain with Panda due to the service he gave me. Thank you Adam!

EDIT: your response to my review is pure rubbish. No one "reached out to me privately". There were no contact details in my review so thats impossible, sure you couldnt even find my account when i gave you my account number. Just more lies.
So bad I dont even know where to start. Customer service is awful. I was onlu a custome for a couple of months. Tried to get an answer for 2 week about overcharges, conveniently there was an issue with the 2 invoices that have extra charges on them so I couldn't open them or see the information on them ( they still wanted me to pay) ignored by customer services. only got a response when I pretended to be a new customer interested in signing up. Constantly ignored emails, no calls back, over charges, useless phone staff. Trying to get someone to understand that I was cancelling the account was like trying to teach a cat to ride a bike. Im just sorry I cant give less than one star.

Very good help provided by Lyka to answer my questions,friendly and proffesional aproach.
I give 5 star but before Lyka i spoke to a man who told me to hold the line and he drop the call,then i ring back and Lyka was there and sort me out in few minutes.

Consistently failed to collect bins. Closing the account has been an even bigger nightmare with termination fee demanded (but no T&C provided) and additional service charges put on even after closing the account. Awful people to deal with.

While bringing in my very elderly neighbour’s black bin I noticed it was badly fractured on both sides. Perfectly normal wear and tear and I knew when same happened to me some years ago Panda were extremely helpful and replaced the item FOC. I telephoned Panda today (13.08 - 11 minutes). My neighbour was preset with her account number so I thought it should be straightforward as she is not ‘so comfortable dealing with issues these days’. I explained the situation to the gentleman who answered the call representing Panda. He insisted on speaking with my neighbour at length. Quoting GDPR he insisted on not only her account number but her fixed line number which as she explained to him she had not used in years and then he insisted on knowing when she paid her last bill. I attempted to intervene on several occasions citing the obvious that the lady was becoming more and more distressed. My neighbour eventually remembered the fixed line number. I specifically asked for him to escalate the call to management as I wished to lodge a formal complaint. His answer was that “was not possible”. Eventually I assisted my by confining the answers to ‘Ok’ . Not alone was my neighbour traumatised by this fiasco but I was not so ‘chirpy’ myself. Appalling conduct and on the face of it Panda only allow access on this number so no avenue to escalate a complaint.
I might add that I have previously reviewed Panda twice over the years and both my previous reviews were portraying an excellent service in all respects so it would be foolhardy for panda to question the totally honest appraisal this time around.
