Hats of to your website designer but I am surprised this company has not been shut down. Still as bad as you always were. Dont believe the short positive reviews people have written which have slowly boosted your review trust rating over the years.

I usually wouldnt when using a webpage but this site was new to me and american so I clearly read their shipping policy, terms of business etc. I placed 2 orders and not one of them came and I didnt even get an email to say why. So I called and they rudely accused me of being a security risk over the phone and that they would never sell to me. slightly aggressive. No reason, no answers why, just rude.

The first order they changed and didnt process. So I called and they told me to make it again. The second order they just didnt process. I have emailed them and been ignored so I am just glad I do not have to speak to them again.

The responses on here might have counted 2-3 years ago, but I dont believe the responses on here recently as Ive now read alot of negative press from forums on this site in the last year.

You buy from them your risk ! Easy usable webpage but they have no idea about customer satisfaction just another online cowboy seller with employees who need training.

This was my third time shopping with drjays.com.shipping was fast and their clothing wow i'm amazed.customer service is great and friendly.i will continue to do business with drjays.com.

It took 11 days to get my shipment, then when i called the customer service agent said it was my fault for getting the cheapest postage. Then when I called fedex they said Dr. Jays uses fedex smartpost as their preferred shipping method. So dr jays blamed me and fedex blamed dr jays. But no one will take responsibility why it took 4 days to even send it and another 7 days to reach me. Dr jays has horrible shipping practices as well as horrible customer service.

It seems a lot of the bad reviews are from people purchasing items from overseas, and the only good reviews are of those who are ordering from the US. I have shopped with Dr Jays for over a year now and I do order regularly, however my latest order has been more than disappointing.

Dr Jays do not state on their website that sizing differs from certain brands, so I ordered some Jeans and was more than pleased with them that I ordered more. The new Jeans I ordered were a different brand but of the same size, and when they came they were not of the correct waist size as stated (I had them measured to make sure). I contacted Dr Jays and was told that I would need to send the Jeans back, pay for these myself and I would be reimbursed, which I did.

Well a month on since the Jeans were returned I have not even had reimbursement of my complete order value, and no sign of them refunding my postage when I have supplied them with a receipt to show how much this cost me. I have all of the email correspondence which states that they would refund me this amount including my entire order, promises they have not kept too. Why supply your products overseas if you cannot commit to your oversea customers? You do not have the facility to deal with returns overseas, but you can gladly send items abroad.

My shopping experience had been fine up until this point, and the fact I have not received a reply from my email as of 9th February 2016 attaching my postage receipt, just goes to show their utter ignorance. I do not even get an auto-mated reply to suggest when they will be back in touch, which means I am just sat here in lieu waiting.

I fear I will be exhausting more time and effort on this, as if I do not get a response soon I will have to get advice from my Trading Standards/Citizens Advice Bureau on how I can redeem my money back.

I order on a Friday and by Sunday realize that I need to change shipping to a two day delivery. So I called customer service spoke with Sebastian and he was great and fast. So he updated my order and with no additional cost.

So i made a purchase from Dr jays during Black Friday sale, the products came in with very nice and sweet condition. Fast delivery and very very safe online transaction with additional verification step implemented.


What impressed me?

I was very disappointed when they delivered my order in wrong size.So decided to give it a shot and so I wrote them an email. Within 24 hours, the customer service promised me that they will look into that and redeliver another one to me with the correct sizing, and told me it's okay for not returning the wrong item.

Fantastic work you have done there, a cookie for you is a must.

I'm officially a fanboy of Dr.Jays from now on. xxx

This site offers a lot, and I order from here very very often, they have always been on time and constantly have sales and promotions on some pretty good brands, I've gotten my band for the buck over and over again. My only issue is the newsletter, my inbox is jam packed and I haven't seemed to be able unsubscribe. You might call it a small trade off for great service. But an awesome play to shop nonetheless.

Det kan desværre ikke svare sig for mig at sende den tilbage, da tolden også er alt for dyr, og derfor ville blive dyrere end trøjen, som i forvejen kostet 500 KR!!

get constantly spammed with newsletters although I have clicked/requested to unsubscribe already a thousand times. no response from customer service either. Very unprofessional.

DrJays is a very good American Urban website for apparel. I have ordered on a couple of occasions and had my delivery sent from America in good time. I think what also stands out for me about DrJays is the fact they calculate vat and tax into the cost when you order your items so there is nothing to worry about when the postal service receives them over here in the UK. Very pleasant experience dealing with them.

As yet I have only complained about certain online retailers because my outrage dealing with them brought me to this site so this review is of a retailer that actually gets it. Drjays is a fine example of online retailing and how it should be. Firstly their website is exceptional with excellent presentation, clear photos of the products, easy navigation and the option to view products in order of them being added so you don't miss a thing.

There is one problem in that they don't give individual sizes of clothes which means as it is based in the USA I have learnt it is too risky and too expensive (for returns) to buy jeans. It is also pretty risky buying tops but since I regularly buy the same brands I have come to find what their typical sizes are and have mostly avoided disappointment. When I first started buying from Drjays a few years ago I ended up having to resell a lot of stuff on eBay because of this as it was too expensive to send back.

The customer service is second to none. I have ordered a considerable amount from Drjays and a couple of items have turned out to be damaged or faulty. However my emails were replied to within one day and replacements were sent out hassle free.

More recently Drjays have introduced an incredibly good value shipping method for overseas which determines any tax at the time of sale and is the cheapest shipping from the USA I have ever had to pay. My last order was bought with this method which is an economy post but arrived just a few days after my order. When I first started ordering from them shipping was with FedEx or a similar service which was grossly expensive. When it arrived in the UK it would often be taxed and I would be charged a ridiculous admin fee which would altogether almost double the price of what I had paid for the products. Thankfully those days are over and with the new shipping method and currency exchange rates plus the offers on the site you can get some great bargains.

Which brings me to my last point. The prices on Drjays for the products themselves are much better than any UK shop and there are often reductions and offers which make shopping with them a no brainer.

So all in all a great shopping experience with excellent customer service, huge selection of products with great photos, easy payment system and delivery... They just need to get more accurate fitting guidelines. If not for every article but for every brand. I hope Drjays continues to be successful and that other online shops follow suite.

1. gang bestilte jeg for ca 1000 kroner (Jeg har betalt moms), og jeg sendte cirka halvdelen tilbage. Der var ikke nogle problemer i det. Anden gang gik som det skulle, og tøjet var her efter 4 dage med Fedex. Dog kan der ikke bestilles NIKE sko, da NIKE Danmark har lukket det ned.

Ok, well I had ordered twice from drjays on the same day, apparently not allowed to edit the order I had just placed before it had even begun processing, but that was fine. My first order was 100 CDN and with tax and shipping came to about 125 CDN. The second order was 45 CDN and with tax and shipping came to 60ish CDN. A few days later the first order was shipped and it said everything was fine, but then the next day it said that my second order had shipped, but that it was 60 CDN, and about 75 CDN with tax and shipping. I was kind of confused and mailed drjays, they said they had changed the price before my order was processed, but it was not that way on the website, which was not changed for another two days. Then about a month and a half later the first package came, and the mailman said I had to pay 25 CDN in border fee's and such for drjays to ship it over, which I mailed drjays about and they said they would reimburse my card, which they never did. And well, the second package? It just never showed up.
