I ordered a swim suit it did not fit.
I have emailed customer service 5 times with no response. HORRIBLE NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have filed a dispute with PayPal for a refund.

It is so cute!! Maybe I am the black sheep of the family! Now I can show my he world!!! HA. HA

Avoid at all costs. Poor quality and badly fitting. Asked to return £40 dress as did not suit me and bad fitting. After numerous emails was told to keep dress as compensation and they would refund me $15. Have declined their offer and now no response from them. Total rip off.

The items are poor quality and only vaguely resemble the picture of the item you think you are buying. Total rip off. I’m trying to return items for a full refund but have had no reply from customer services.

This is a scam!! Parcels turn up with no labels and no return paperwork.
Like others on here my item wasn't as described so asked for a return address. They gave me an address that the post office do not recognise.. It doesn't even have a country as part of the address!! I've asked for it three time with the same generic email sent back. It's not like the items are cheap to purchase, mine was £40. Their reply is keep the dress as compensation!! I don't like the dress, so why would I. I also don't have money to throw down the drain either.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
