I've been shopping with Dr. Jay's for years. I slowed down when all of the urban brands that I wore disappeared around the same time....Baby Phat, Dereon, Apple Bottoms etc. BUT I never forgot their extensive collection of New Era hats. I recently placed an order for my boyfriend for Christmas. I ordered on Wednesday Dec 6 and It arrived on Saturday morning,Dec 9. I noticed that the hat went on sale Friday so I called to get a price adjustment and ended up speaking with Larry. He was awesome! I was having a crappy day (in my feelings over the loss of my Father, whose birthday is on Christmas day *sigh*). Anyway he was so upbeat and personable that I momentarily was able to smile and laugh. He quickly resolved my issue with the price adjustment and walked me through all the steps he had taken and what to expect on my end. When the call was over, I asked if I could speak to a supervisor to give him a kudos. Turns out, Larry IS the supervisor. Go figure lol. Thanks again, Larry!

Yo. DrJays.com is pretty awesome. I ordered some boots and they got here quick. I once called them to talk about a problem I had with a walk-in store (I'd rather not get into that here) but customer service at the 1-800 number told me that the walk-in store is different from their online store. like they aren't the same company or something like that I don't remember the details but point being Dr.Jays and drjays.com aren't the same. I found some reviews here of people complaining about the wrong stores. This trust pilot page is for the online shop, not the storefronts. Props to the .com man. keep it up. I'm diggin' the Timbs I got. These are FIRE. They are too big for me, but they are too nice to return. Y'all don't have any more in size 9.5? 10 is too big.

Not ordered from them for a while but always been so helpful when I have had problems. Good service and discounts for international buyers and I see they do support up and coming brands. Just wish they had more of the clothes I like in my size!

I haven't really done online shopping so I only ordered 3 pieces at first. My son is 9y/o 5'1" and 130. He no longer fits in boys clothing since hes the size of a small man. I first call the store in Newark New Jersey to see if they had when I was looking for such as name brand. The customer service was excellent they informed me that they do not carry much of the things that he was looking for and advised me to call stores in New York. Even though that's not really a hard drive I really didn't find it worth my time considering we have so many stores within my area. So I ordered a akademiks small shirt which fit in perfect, outrank shirt in a size small that I should have gotten into a medium but he can wear it he'll be fine just if you were thinking about ordering anything outrank know that they do run small. And I also bought a pair of buyer picks knit shorts in the size medium but they run big but again not noticeably so my purchases were a success. Customer service was amazing I got my clothes within one day with FedEx ground shipping and I am very pleased and I will order again from there.

Worst customer service ever they are so rude right when you walk in

I would give them less than 1 star if I could. Their customer service sucks for one. I called the day after I ordered, to cancel, and they wouldn't allow me to, stating that it has already been processed. We could have avoided this mess if they had done so, i.e., that most businesses have things called "shrinkage" and "24 hour notice to cancel". I called within 24 hours to cancel. What's worse is that the box was apparently damaged yet no pictures sent to prove this. I mean it's hard to replace a cheap, cardboard box to re-ship the original product after all. I am going to call the Better Business Bureau and speak to the USPS. I may even take my case to small claims court if necessary. I have spent over $80 out-of-pocket already. Don't buy from these rip-off artists... Says a future business major who already knows how to run a small business better than these people do. I refuse "store credit" from a business whose tactics equal trying to steal from certain demographics for $$$$. Your business--definitely not "swiss" or "sic", man. What a waste of time and money. Walmart does way better than this.

I've been ordering from Dr. JAYS for 10 years purchasing designer clothing that I can't find in the malls and at prices that are major steals

I had ordered a couple pairs of shorts in the same size waist & one brand was about 6 sizes smaller than the tag said & the other fit perfect. I used Dr. Jays support chat on the site & received Rebecca who is fantastic and made sure customer service was the 1st priority! No sooner did I let her know what was going on & she had already looked through my acct to see that I have been a long time customer then took care of the issue quickly with a store credit so I could repurchase a different brand!! With great people like Rebecca in your customer service dept. you will definitely keep the business growing. Keep it up!!!!

Dr Jays is the best chiropractor and acupuncturist that I have met so far! Definitively the best out of Cape Town!!

In one session, he always managed to released and sort everything out. He uses the best methods and incorporate all treatments at once!

I would recommend him to anyone that wants to heal and recover fast!

I order from Dr Jays at least twice a month & I've never had a problem. Fast shipping, great quality clothes & not to mention great deals. 5 STARS!

This company told me they will not help me because they sent the wrong items now I have to wait time for the original order after I send the first order back

My son received the wrong jeans . After talking to a Dr. Jays Rep . the warehouse immediately sent the correct item with no cost to us. Now that's what I call great customer service!! Please keep up the great work as it is greatly appreciated!

I have recently become somewhat of a frequent shopper at Dr. Jays placing about 3-4 orders in a 6 month time frame. Each experience has been pleasant & seamless with the exception of the last . I placed an order, paid extra for expedited shipping and anxiously awaited its arrival. This is where things hit the fan. FedEx dropped the ball and left my package in an unsecured location and refused to (1) acknowledge the mistake and (2) deliver adequate customer service in such a hectic season to identify the location of my package (not organized & dismissive). Luckily I can say, From the moment I noticed that my package did not arrive and informed customer service and throughout the 2 day debate with FedEx, EVERY Dr. Jays representative I spoke with was both compassionate and accommodating in exhausting their options to assist me and get my items here by Christmas. One representative in specific took the cake - Sebastian - and genuinely left me feeling like my business matters to the company. So I just wanted to say , GREAT JOB DR JAYS! - I applaud phenomenal customer service. Continue to employ and train amazing team members and you can look forward to my business in the near future. (Maybe lose that partnership with FedEx - UPS has yet to fail me and their customer service would better compliment your brand image #foodforthought)

So was in the Bronx with my friend she was showing us this store lovely staff by the way we tried on few items got a few as Xmas gifts. Decided not to buy these 2 coats on that was in love with come back to my home state 2 days later and my daugh terms wanted the coat so went online to drjays.com to see if had it they did so looked at measurements and made sure it was same as from trying on in store they sold us a coat a size smaller than original but had correct label my baby is mad as she wanted this coat for her trip never again and worst part customer service refused to do exchange for correct size

Always a great experience. Good clothes at great prices with the customer service to back it up!

Bad sizing and awful quality, really disappointed. I'm returning right away
