I think that all the 5 star ratings are from people who actually live in New York and they get their packages being as though all of their stores are in New York and it would be easier for a New York resident to visit one of their stores and raise hell versus people living out of state ordering from them.i was going to place a big order with them but I changed my mind.i have been doing research on them for a while now and the reviews I’m seeing are horrible.like who would still spend their money with these people after reading all the garbage reviews.i do know for a fact that store owners pay people and give people major discounts to give them 5 stars reviews online,that I know for a fact so be careful and mindful of these 5 star reviews and some of them may be bots.im scared as hell to give these people my hard earned money and do any type of business with them.and I can bet my last dollars that it’s Koreans who own these stores🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE LET ME TELL YOU WHY SO I PURCHASED A JEAN JACKET WITH MATCHING JEANS I ORDERED IT AND SO I BEGIN TO TRACK THE PACKAGE TO SEE WHEN WILL RJE PACKAGE ARRIVE AND WHEN I CHCKED IT RHE TRACKING SAID IT WAS DELIVERED THE PREVIOUS SAY SO I AM LOOKING ALL AROUND I ASK MY TENANTS AND NO ONE SAW ANYTHING AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED IDK IF THEY ARE LYING OR UPS STOLD THE PACKAGE OR DROPPED IT SOMEWHERE ELSE OVERALL I AM NOT HAPPY PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM LOOK AT THE OTHER REVIEWS THERE WERE MANY PEOPLE JUST LIKE ME OH AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE

I ordered some pants from this company for my fiance for xmas and they sent me a 46/30 instead of 36/30. I also ordered 2 other pairs of pants that were the correct size but didnt fit my fiance the way he likes, I had to pay for shipping to return the items and they sent me an email saying they were in used condition. He can they be used when 46 pants will fall off of my fiance?! Do NOT order from these crooks!

The worst I have experienced. Never received my package and now they are saying that they have to do some investigation like I kept the stupid package. Making your customer seem like a thief is unacceptable. Most company reimburse you or send you a new items. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SORRY WEBSITE.

As many have already posted dr jays return shipping policy is lacking to say the least and that's before you begin on the sizing for some of the "customer picks". Ordered 5 shirts, 3 were true XXL which is what i ordered, two others were marked XXL but were actually smalls or medium, they literally looked airbrushed on my body tight. Final comment, i had to pay $15.00 to return the crap they sent me that was not even close to being a XXL. Dr Jays, take head to this issue or you will be obsolete sooner rather than later. I will think twice before purchasing from a company that sends out TOTALLY incorrect size garments and then charges its customer for the return. NOT COOL!!!!

Never received my order and it was a Christmas gift for someone. Contacted the customer service department and they claimed it was delivered. I’m close with all my neighbors in my building (it’s only one other apartment in my building, however, we are attached to three others, all with 3 apartments each. We are all still very close) so I was able to ask if they had received my package. Long story short...I am out of $100 and I just have to take the loss.

I purchased some clothes from this store for the 1st time So I refuse the clothes in had them sent back to the company and I paid a $115.65 So I contact the company and ask them why didn't you refund me my full amount that I pay and they told me because I pay for shipping if I know company I don't think charging for shipping fee But they get all poor stars with me I believe the reason why they didn't give me my full amount is because I refused they clothes I would never ever shop with this company never again all poor star

I selected 2 day shipment for my order I placed on 12/21. I received my order on the 26th. I called them and was informed that due to being closed on the weekends my order didn’t ship until the 23rd. If I had the information before hand I would not have paid the extra $19.95.

shoes are too small and return/exchange policy is ridiculous. never ever going to be a customer again

Their products fit poorly and when you try to return them they require you to pay for shipping and you only get a partial refund because shipping is not required in the refund. So I spent only 22.48 on a sweatsuit (+ $9 shipping) and to return them it was $18 plus i did not get that $9 refund. They will never see my money again.

I ordered shirts two sizes higher than what I normally wear , not only were they too small, but one of the shirts had a large amount of dirt on the sleeves. DrJay just lost a customer !!!

I have been patronizing Drjays for at least 15 years, the ONLY issue I have is, they never offer free shipping. They don't even offer it, if you spend a certain amount of money, and if they did I NEVER seen it. I purchase once a month. I love there Clothing, I just feel like 15% is just enough to cover taxes, which is not enough when you're spending 150-200 Dollars every month. Additionally who ever wins those 500.00 Dollar shopping sprees they advertise? Lol.

got exactly what i ordered. looks great, fits good. little tight in the croch of my shorts but still fits and not their fault. got it faster then expected. very pleased. thanks

If you are ordering from this website BE SURE TO ORDER A SIZE OR 2 UP cause the clothes, especially skinny Jean's are very small my grandson wears a 12 but I had to get an 18. Not sure if this stuff comes from China or what..problem #2 shipping rates are expensive & being tht I had to return 2 orders on 2 different occasions back to back unfortunately they DO NOT PAY FOR SHIPPING WHEN RETURNING ITEMS! I ended up paying over 100.00$ in shipping fees between orders & returns!! I've spent almost a grand on clothes, the least they could of done was pay for my return shipping...clothes were pretty decent tho but because of all the chaos, I wont be ordering from them anymore!

Never had a bad experience. I love the clothes for my son. Only been a customer for a year but I don't have any complaints

I almost didn’t order from this company because of the negative reviews. The quality of the jeans are great, especially for the price! I was surprised at the timely manner my package arrived due to the negative reviews. Five pairs of jeans for under $100.00 WOW!!

This garbage looks cheap, nasty, stinky (paint), wrong sizes . I ordered it for my husband who is size 34. We got bigger shorts and even my son who is 5 years old can wear one ! Because it’s that small , even is 34!!!
When I called to return it I was told I have to pay for shipping! And it’s not up to them what stuff I got!

I’m a loyal customer to dr jays, I’ve been buying products here for atleast 7 years, I’m highly disappointed with dr jays. I’m from Trinidad so when I order the package goes to my skybox in Florida then arrives to me in Trinidad. I accidentally clicked the old skybox address without me realizing until time passed and I hadn’t collect my package. Tracking my package I saw that it was collect at Florida but at a wrong address, I immediately contacted fed ex they said I needed to contact dr jays to file a claim in order to retrieve my package That i spent approximately 100usd for. On contacting dr jays they immediately told me to contact fed ex , contacting fed ex they told me again to contact dr jays. Dr jays then told me nothing can be done and I’ve lost my package and money and they got the exact location where it was sent to. This has got to be the worst thing ever and I’m from Trinidad so I guess they couldn’t care less about me. They made absolutely no effort to retrieve it , me being a loyal customer for years no gift cards nothing, I’m highly upset about this and everyone ordering stuff be aware please.

If you are a big guy looking for urban clothes that fit and you can afford it, this is the place to shop. Period! For me, placing my order was easy and everything that I ordered arrived on time.
