I would give negative stars if I could. I never received my items (likely due to them taking the cheapest route in using FedEx to USPS Smartpost delivery. After reporting it to them they then placed a claim and I waited the business days they needed to complete it with the shipper. Of course, once the claim is over, the company claims it was delivered successfully to me. How can it be successful if you have my money and I have nothing for it (yes, definitely successful for them and not me). After contacting them and reiterating that the package did not come to my door (may have been delivered to the wrong apartment), they then tell me they can send the few items they have available and I just lose out on the rest. After telling them this is unacceptable, they tell me I can take the partial replacement and a STORE credit for the remaining balance. I will NEVER use their website again. Here's hoping I can get my money back with my card company. Super unhappy and never again!

🤯After, ordering nearly $100...ALL of the items were defective!!! Including, a pant leg aprx 2-inches shorter in lenghth!!! Amongst...youth girl jeans...that were sold as youth boys!!! The, merchandise seems to be China like (knock-off/replica)...w/being defective. NON, OF WHICH IS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE!!! 2-items...I desperately wanted...to only set myself up for more damaged clothing...after giving them a 2nd
chance 🤬. Shipping was pricey as well!!! Save, yourself the headache & spend your $ w/legitimate companys...who aren't posers!!! If, you speak w/ Preston in customer service...DON'T be fooled...his words are misleading. FYI...returing process w/Fed ex was another nightmare in itself...whom their return labels are through!..

Just received my latest order from Dr Jay's, and once again I am more than happy. Super fast shipping, very cheap postal charges and superior quality products.

Male big and tall. For me, this store is perfect. Alot of selection for men. Great prices. Oh, fast shipping too. Theres always a coupon code go use so that helps even more. You buy at drjays, nobody else will be wearing the same clothing as you in. Your city for sure..

This store discriminates against women shoppers by having dressing stalls that are so low that any woman above a certain height would be exposing her breasts to the entire store should she try on a shirt here. I found an dress area of the store that was vacant that happened to be in the child's section and the young teen associate all but accused me of being a pedophile for changing in this area despite being 5'9" and a 38D, not wanting to be seen by male shoppers who could easily see my breasts from the height if the changing area doors. When my boyfriend explained why I'd gone to this area, he was told that "This was a men's store" and that was my problem. When I called the manager, she pretended that "the manager was out" until I insisted and was put on hold for several seconds. She then put "the manager" (the same person who answered the phone and denied a manager was on site) on the phone. I tried explaining the situation but she interrupted and spoke over me, accusing me of bringing in outside clothing to try on, and restricting me from the dressing area because one can't bring in "outside clothes" to try on despite the fact I had about a half dozen shirts I wanted to try on from THIS location. She continued to interrupt me and when I got upset, she hung up on me. I came back to the store minutes later in person where she refused to engage me, lied, made discriminatory comments, and would only engage my boyfriend. She repeatedly interrupted and made accusations towards me despite my standing there. When I added the fact that insisting that this store doesn't serve women was discriminatory, she claimed she never said it, walked away, and refused to talk any longer. I will be reporting her to corporate.

I purchased 2 sweaters from their online site on December 6th. I then read terrible online reviews and called to cancel for fear there would be an issue. I spoke with a gentleman who promised I would have no issues getting my package. I just received my order today, December 13th and it's perfect. There were absolutely no issues at all and I'm positive my dad will love the sweaters.

I brought the men and big kids clothing for the last 3 years. Fabric is good quality. Last a While. Customer service is great I've never had to return anything but I've had to speak with them whenever drjays website was down. My only disappointment and I'm trying to find other websites that have the closes at dr. J has their shipping prices is insane. I normally will not pay for shipping but drjays is the only website that I know that carries the type of clothes they have. so I will buy until I can find another website. If they would have free shipment on close a hundred dollars more for a example. I would buy more ofte.

They are the worst. How do I pay for shipping and it takes 8-9 days to come from new Jersey to Orlando? I might as well had ordered from china! So upset I have to leave the country without my clothes.

Size run to small, I spend almost same amount I paid for to send back and now after first wash the waistband all sewing opened

I placed an order and never received my package... opened an investigation...and they say they delivered it but I don't have it.... I am disgusted with this company and their response I am taking this further. I spent my money and they refusing to reship or give me my money back....DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER......

Worst people I ever order from in my life they lie and give you the run around about your order was told I should receive my order on a specific day that day came and nothing I should have new because the tracking number was not showing any movement only shows a shipping label was created they just not a honest company they say they refund my money so I’m praying they did do so if no I will be calling back and was told my order was lost in translation bs !!

Actually, I Loved Dr Jays...until my Fedex package showed delivered....we have surveillance....FedEX did not deliver here...
DrJays still hasn't replaced or given me my money back. When they ship via USPS...I always get my stuff.
DrJays should take care of their customers regardless of what FedEx states.
They really did not care that my kids are going without Back2School clothes. I have no money to go out and get them anything else.
Thank God for my husband my kids would of been going BK to school in Walmarts.

I can't believe Dr Jays would do this to me...like I'm a liar or something...especially when I rcvd a bad pair of pants for Xmas and didn't chew them out about getting a new pair.

Shopped here for years big order every time always get my parcel on time never had a bad experience with Drjays

Very terrible customer service they delivered my package to the wrong address then they tell me take it up with FedEx. I just 75$ placing a order on this crappy site. That's why they have all garbage on they site. As you tell there service is like there clothes cheap and pathetic.

Dr Jays is very good from what I see. Iam a senior citizen, but always like some of their clothes. Keep up the good work !!!

This place is a scam! They run some sort of a scam of false advertising.
I ordered my daughter for her birthday a pair of addidas shoes that were supposed to be women size 8.
When they arrived (after paying a lot for shipping) they were about 4 sizes bigger...no joke my son is a size 10 in men and they fit him.
When I asked for a free return label they just emailed me their standard response form their website (did no care at all about my daughter's disappointment on her birthday).
And guess what? I have to pay for return shipping! So I will be down$20 to $30 just for shipping when it's all said and done and have nothing to show for.... Wow I did not think this is still possible in USA.
Trust me, I do 99% of my shopping online and this place is the worst I have see.
Stay away form it.

I love this site have ordered from them for years and have never once had a issue. They are fast and you get what you pay for no scam,no fake items by far one of my favorite sites.

Do not shop here, all men sizes are wrong, either to small or big. never the right size. and when you return the items for refund, you only get what you paid for the item not shipping or taxes. forthmore, you have to pay for return shipping. end of the day they can not be trusted and you end up spending more and have nothing to show for it. -$125 in the hole thanks to drjays!!!!

Worst customer service ever, completely BS artist. Lied to me repeatedly through the process. Then told me if I refused the deliver, my credit card on file would be charged for the fee to ship it back, so I accepted it, and still had to pay to return it! When I called them on the face that they told me not to refuse it or I would have to be charged, they completely tried to back track and say we only said you may be charged... I have the emails. That's clearly not what they said and implied. So I ended up having to buy 2 orders of the same thing as a Christmas gift, the 2nd because they told me the 1st one already shipped and wouldn't arrive before Christmas, but when I checked the shipping info on Fedex, they picked them up at the exact same time. The 2nd order never arrived, and they say they are investigating and basically and told me I have to wait at least 7 days before the determine if I get a refund, and the 1st order that arrived late, I'm having to pay to return, then I'm told it'll be 2 weeks before I receive a refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE LIE AND BS YOU. PLEASE, BE SMART, SHOP ELSEWHERE!!

Found my new favorite website. Customer service was great! And my package came FAST👌
