Never had any issue with the quality of the meat, chicken, quiche etc. Been ordering for 2 years. Once had a packaging issue, and company made me whole for it.

Absolutely terrible! Extremely poor packaging so that frozen foods become freezer burnt in a very short time. When I reported it, Crowd Cow admitted they already knew and continued use anyway!! Changes delivery dates arbitrarily. Terrible company!

Credit card was charged $150.20 and we DID NOT place an order. Unable to find a phone number to speak to someone at their company. Disputed charge with credit card company. Definitely not a fan!

Received rancid rotten meat. Tried to contact someone at the company. That seems to be impossible. I paid over $200 for inedible meat. Very bad company!

Absolutely dreadful. Bought their most expensive wagu steaks and they were so fatty that when cooked it was like eating a slab of fat with no meat. These were $100 16 ounce steaks. Fed them to our dogs--they loved them. If you want good steaks try Snake River. I've used them for 2 years ad never had a bad experience.

I really enjoyed ordering from Crowd Cow, my second delivery was the problem with shipping came. They were using FedEx, and I sent an emailing explaining the difficulty I’ve had with FedEx, and the replacement delivery was switched to Ups (the best). That’s the reason I stayed for so long, the reason I’m giving them a one star is because of the way I’ve seen them try to maneuver the prices to make me pay what they want me to pay, I do a little hunting and live off my land a little bit so my freezer stays full. I noticed they were changing the prices of the items I frequently buy, and the free shipping price I noticed was constantly increasing from $99 to $120, before I canceled the account. The people that answers your email are great they’ve been the best, but the one star is for the raising of the prices as if I don’t pay attention to what I’m spending my hard earned money on. If there had been an email sent to me with an explanation telling me prices were going up I would have been ok with that.

I placed an order in early January that totaled $130.00. I received it and it was paid for. Well, I noticed a charge to my card recently of $338.48 for Crowd Cow so I’m guessing my initial order somehow roped me into a subscription of some sort. I have been trying to resolve this with no luck (you can only email them, no contact number). In the meantime, this $338 order (which I didn’t order) shows up. It consists of 2-8 oz steaks , 3 lbs shrimp, 6 lbs chicken wings and 2 lbs ground beef. That’s over $28 a pound for this product that I did not choose. Total rip-off, avoid this company!!

I only wished I checked all reviews! I put some of the meat in the refrigerator overnight to thaw and all the packaging leaked - the chicken, the beef! What a mess! Never again!

I received my first order from Crowd Cow ( I wish I had found these reviews before I tried it).
The $20+ ribeye steak was full of fat, gristle and sinew making most of what was left very skimpy, it was dry and tasteless despite being cooked medium rare.
The pork chops were also dry and tasteless, I sous vied them then lightly seared the way I always cook pork chops.
The “American Wagyu” church roast was terrible! I removed about a pound of gristle, sinew and thick fat and was left with just a small amount of edible roast.
I understand that chuck is not lean, but this was awful.
I sent emails with pictures of all the waste from these products, they’re promising to send replacements, we’ll see.
As for the chicken, it is comparable to what you can get at the grocery store.
The ground beef was also pretty much tasteless.
I going to cancel my membership and let my credit card know to not accept any future charges from Crowd Cow.
I’m very disappointed.

Not worthy…Crowd Cow’s advertisement is misleading…It is truly a rip off. The meat is mediocre, and expensive. Go to your local grocery store, and get a better deal and quality of meat.

Was five stars until I referred a friend there and thought they were getting the same deal I got in Oct. 100.00 free meat per three orders. 50 off first, 30 off second, and 20 off third.
She orders and only gets a 25.00 off. Then told, oh the 100.00 off will be in your next 10 orders!!!!!! That’s crazy! They should have stated that when I sent the referral link!
Well I’ll be done with them soon, after I use up my 25.00 credit.
Just like so many companies, start out good, and end up just interested in the money.
If anyone is interested Sevensons.net is a really nice group to deal with, and up front on what they offer and the costs.

I received my latest order from Crowd Cow on 12/18 only to see the sell by date on the package said 9/15/2021. I then sent an email to support explaining the meat was expired and they sent me back an email saying it was fine to eat the expired meat as it is for retail customers to sell by as they don't always keep their meat completely frozen. I responded to them that I don't trust the meat. I then received an email from another customer service rep telling me the meat should be fine to eat so long as it doesn't smell rancid - ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!
These guys are just selling other companies products. They have no idea what it looks like when it goes out to the customer. They get an order and request their vendor ship it to you. They have no quality control, no control at all actually, but they do have control over your money and they mark up everything between 30 - 35% over what you can buy it direct from their source. These guys are nothing but hustlers selling other companies' old meat.

Delivery was right on time and during the busy holidays that was a plus. The A5 Ribeye we ordered was amazing and arrived frozen as expected. The Coulette steak arrived with the vaccume seal broken. When we thawed that cut the entire outside turned brown. I believe the taste was ok, but couldn't directly compare it to anything. I contacted customer support and they said this is a known issue, but the steak "should be ok".

Overall the price and service was ok, but definitely not amazing.

Honestly my sister sent a gift card for Christmas, then they sent an email stating another sister was sending a gift too. I spent an entire day waiting for their "perishable " gift 2 days before Christmas. Come to find out it was a "computer glitch " and there was no second gift. Their wonderful customer service team offer a$10 gift card.., which would only make you spend another $100 on their overpriced, over packages products. Thanks but no thanks... I'll save $100 and buy quality meet from a local farm!
After receiving Crowdcows reply, I still have not "received " my email that would rectify this experience and give my a better view of their company. And just an FYI. I did not write this review in hopes of receiving anything ( as I would not use it) just to give people an honest encounter of my experience.

An order arrived with meat de thawed. They gave me partial credit of $35. However, their min shipping is $75, so they wanted me to spend another $40 for me credit. I told them to discontinue all communications. And today they sent me an email about rating customer service and another about using my credit or losing it.

I bought two hundred bucks worth of their meat and fish across a ton of items. I'm sorry to say that their quality is very low with respect to quality / flavor. I guess I should have taken a smaller order to begin with and tested them out.

This company came highly recommended and my first 2 purchases were good. I had to reschedule my 3rd order due to travel and that is where customer service broke down. I couldn't login to my account to change dates. After much back and forth the customer service rep elevated my issue to a supervisor. It was never resolved .I told them to cancel my order n won't be using them any time soon.

Don’t buy. They sell non-existent (over selling) meat and then give you a “Crowd Cow” credit when it doesn’t show instead of refunding your money. Literal theft. Bad business thievery. Reporting to American Express.

Received first order as scheduled and really liked their products. Second order was "damaged" by ups. 10 days later, the same order was reshipped. ups tracking showed it "out for delivery" but it never arrived. 3 days later...nothing. no more!

Fast delivery. Poor beef quality.
