I dealt with Lily Hall, who was extremely helpful. She replied to my emails very quickly, and the whole process was easy, straightforward and efficient. I’m very happy with the service I received.

When we had issues with our bin collections over a number of weeks, Sam May, Internal Account Manager was extremely helpful, he went above and beyond and sorted the issue for us promptly. We have regular catch ups to check in and ensure we are still happy and have no further issues. Very happy with his service to date.

Business Waste have been great, we had an issue with a supplier becoming unreliable and untrustworthy, Niamh in particular has been my point of contact and my preference for future communications, she has gone above and beyond in trying to resolve our issue, resulting in changing providers.
