Brilliant service!

I would give no star if i could this is…
I would give no star if i could this is one of the worst business waste collection company they never empty the bins on time but keep charging you money for monthly invoices without any collection then go on to charge almost 45percent if you want to close the account with them two words I would say stay away from business waste.

I would just like to clarify that you have not been charged a 45% termination fee. We’ve discussed the final account and charges today, and I’m pleased we were able to reach an outcome that you were happy with.

Very poor cost me £400 when they did not even collect with court charges don't use them they are so bad.

Good Afternoon Adrian,
We’re sorry that you feel this way, but we do need to clarify the circumstances surrounding this matter.
Since March, our team made repeated efforts to work with you and offered payment plans to help resolve the outstanding balance. These arrangements were agreed to on multiple occasions, but unfortunately the agreed payments were not made.
The services you refer to did not go ahead as the required payments were not received. Legal action was not our first course of action and was only taken after our attempts to resolve the outstanding balance failed.
We always aim to work constructively with our customers where payment difficulties arise, but where agreed payments are repeatedly not made, we are left with no alternative but to pursue the outstanding amount through the appropriate legal process.
